I have been using Tornado for years now. They travel to so many places. So you have an endless trip. They also have upgraded the buses which look so much better and comfortable for a long trip

Good modern equipment, but the service can be spotty.  On my most recent trip we were 45 late in leaving Monterrey.  When the driver finally decided to leave he did not offer an apology or an explanation.  The personel at the Houston heights location is usually very good.

Could not get in touch with customer service needed information on the price of the ticket, the lady that answered the phone only spoke Spanish and she hanged the phone up on me when I asked about someone that speaks English. Went to website where the say they will get back in touch with you after you leave them an email haven't heard anything yet and that was four days ago. I guess if you want any type of service you must speak Spanish or you will be disregarded.

Awful service! We called 3 times to make sure that the bus would take us to San Miguel and we would not have any layovers. Once on the bus, the bus driver said he would drop us off at another bus station about 2 hours away from San Miguel. This bus station was closed and it was the middle of the night and we were just expected to wait for another bus that would come in the morning. they had awful customer service when we called to complain. There is better bus companies like transporte San Miguel .

The trip was good overall just an issue with the bus restroom door not closing all the way. It had a dent on it

Booked a trip from Guadalajara to Chicago. Never received a confirmation email until I called. Every bathroom in their terminals disgusting. The buses are extremely dated and lack any amenities. Again the bathrooms on the buses are terrible and don't have a sink to wash your hands.  I got to where I needed to but very disappointing experience. Taking my business elsewhere.

Bad costumer service. I bought the ticket last minute and the bus never stop. I called office and they acted like it  was my fault for buying the ticket last minute. They don't have any pilolicy on the website that u can't buy it last minute. You are able to any bus company such as transpias or Greyhound.

Expensive, terrible customer service qnd they have no refunds if you cancel your trip even 3 weeks out.

I was just there yesterday with my husband he was heading to Mexico she's going to visit his family I like it that it's close to the house I get to pick him up fast when he gets home I just wish she didn't have to leave

This has been by far the worst travel experience. Would not recommend to my enemy. I was told i could bring my pet, i called and went in person both stated i could bring him. The day comes, a lady tells me i will nt go with my pet. Gives me anxiety and worry. Than i ask for refund, and im told that isnt possible and they end up allowing me to go on the bus. Later on my return the same exact thing happens at every stop the manager tells me i wont be able to. This  causes so much stress and anxiety. Than, i get to my destination and they loose my baggage. I call on and off for months. It has been 3 months now and they say they can give me ten dollars on my next fare. This is just unacceptable, this business takes advantage of their customer’s and abuses of the needs of others. I am not sure how this business has so many stars, there buses arent even suitable for passengers. I will be calling the city to check on their buses. They are not habitable.
