As much as I hate the dentists, I actually feel very comfortable each time I come here! From my regular cleaning to a wisdom tooth extraction - just absolutely amazing! The staff are all welcoming and accommodating and the procedures were explained to me clearly and accurately. My insurance coverage was explained to me, my dental health was laid out for me and I genuinely felt like no one tried to upsell me on anything!!! Definitely worth the trip from York to see the dentists!
First time being to a new dentist in over 30 years. Staff was extremely friendly from the reception to the dentist to the hygienist. Examination and cleaning went very smoothly. Impressive technology that gives you a great look at your teeth. Will definitely be returning. Would recommend to anyone in the Long Branch area looking for a dentist.
Toronto Lakeshore Dental is a great dental clinic. The hygienists are kind, gentle and considerate and the doctors are very thorough. I first started coming to this clinic because I was seeking a second opinion. They have always been upfront, and present you with all the options to consider and never try to encourage unnecessary work on your teeth. I highly recommend!
I’ve been going to Lakeshore Dental for a couple years and I’ve had a consistent good experience. Everyone is friendly, make you feel welcome and most importantly they are really good at what they do. They make a thorough analysis, guide you through every step and everything they do to your teeth is extremely well done. They also take care of dealing with insurance and give you a detailed transparent explanation of the costs
I have been coming to Lakeshore Dental for few years now and I am impressed with their standard of dental services and patient experience. The doctors carefully draw up treatment plan while accommodating client’s needs and staff is well coordinated/ flexible on appointment checkin , cancellations and follow up. I would definitely recommend Lakeshore Dental.
The staff is so friendly. Dr. Moore is helping me find ways to make my treatments affordable which I really appreciate since my treatments will be long term. Very happy that she's helped me find a way to find relief from my chronic headaches!
Called to book my cleaning. Been going there for 5 years. The receptionist kept pressuring me to get X-rays which I told them I wasn’t comfortable for personal reasons and just wanted to book cleaning this time around. So they said because I refused X-rays I am no longer welcome to be a patient there anymore. WOW!! Guess they only want to keep patients who are lucrative for their business. So much for patient care and well being. —- Thanks for your reply. Not buying your text book response. Still doesn’t justify asking a loyal patient to leave your practice because they don’t want X Rays on their next cleaning apt. Good Luck with your practice if you continue to disrespect peoples choices because you prefer to make $$.

Very kind, warm, and welcoming staff. Everyone is calm, gentle, and takes the time to talk to you and explain what’s going on. I’ve been coming here for years and have only had positive experiences. Also, Dr. Lee is the best!
Great staff. Attentive and great at their job. Insurance is a breeze with them, they have a good set up. Netflix while they work on your teeth is a bonus. Thanks for having me as a patient.
