I usually never had a problem with clothing I purchased from Torrid. I purchased a dress for a wedding I was going to attend on 6/17/2023. When I went to iron the dress I discovered a whole in the dress big enough for me to stick my middle finger in. While out of town I was fortunate to have 2 other Torrid to try and return the dress to but they did have what I needed. My ony complaint is that I feel that dress should have been inspected prior to purchase.

They have a very nice selection of clothing I really enjoy going into this store and finding cute clothes that fit me!! I wish it was a larger store!

Best Torrid in the area. I drive out of my way to go to this location over McHenry after several bad experiences with the store manager there. The store manager at this location in Gurnee is SO nice and so are all the other staff members!!! I wish I lived closer to this one, but it’s worth the drive and I have never had a bad experience here. I’ve loved Torrid clothes for years and even though they can be a tad bit overpriced in my opinion, the nice thing is there are always sales going on, and the fit is always just right too. I rarely have to question which size to get because their stuff is pretty consistent aside from the swimwear which I typically size up with. I’m a big fan of Torrid and a big fan of the store and am always recommending this location to others!!

Lucy And Luci were incredibly helpful and made a bad day better. They made sure we got what we needed,  that what we were buying was steamed and ready for the event that we're going to.  Kind, supportive, helpful, amazing! Thank you ladies!

This was by far one of the best shopping experiences that I have had. Lucy and her team are exceptional at serving their customers.

I’m always at this store but last Sunday I went I’ve never felt so unwelcome. The “manager” was extremely rude and unfriendly and had a look on her face as if she hated where she worked. Thankfully the cashier was extremely nice and made me feel like a valued customer.

This store is amazing, the manager and associates are very polite and helpful. Love coming to this store, because they know what I want as well as my style, they have helped tremendously every time I go in. They treat their customers like if they were family, always polite and a great customer service at all times. Love the way the multi task always on the go and making sure all their clients are satisfied with their purchases. Recommend this tore 100%.

I love love love this store. Especially this location. The girls are always so friendly and helpful. And they go out of their way to make you feel great and help find you a great fit. The clothes may be expensive but the quality and style are so worth it. Any plus size girl could easily find something they will love there.
