I love the variety of larger sizes. Other stores in my area only carry a small selection and are always out of my size. If I can't find what I need in store I can go on-line. It's fabulous .
Super helpful and friendly staff. I've been converting my family into Torrid shoppers for the last few years and every store has been as amazing as I keep telling them. Stopped by this one on vacation and they helped us pick out some comfy bras and cute summer shirts. Tons of fun as always! See you again next year~
I recently stayed at the coast for a few days and went into the Lincoln City location, customer service was great and the assistance in the dressing room personable! I had to make a return for an item but lost my receipt. I called and talked to Crystal explaining I had lost it and she said not a problem I could easily return it by looking up my phone number. Upon returning the item, Crystal greeted me and and made the transaction smooth. Appreciated the great customer service! In a world where this skill is becoming obsolete, it was nice to see and know there are great customer service employees out there. Thank you! Will be a returning customer.
I give high stars for the friendly staff. The prices are just outrageous. Plus a lot of the clothing it's self isn't flattering for most shapes. I always have to buy in between sizes no matter what size I'm in at that time. It's really frustrating. I often wonder how most of these styles are worn by regular people. I find more things in the plus size forever 21 than here for half the price. Or Charlotte rues. I can spend an hour in torrid and find maybe 1 thing...and in that same time half a handful in other places like Charlotte or 21. The only thing worth going for here is the bras and undies. And there goes half your spending budget. Just ridiculous.

I always had to live on a budget so I NEVER bought Jeans over $25 before..but I was so tired of wearing mom type jeans or jeggings from Walmart. Over 40 here! I am also 4'10 so shopping for Jean's as a fuller figure girl is not fun. The staff was so helpful and I ordered 2 Jeans that were pretty spendy for me ..but wow they fit so perfectly and are so comfortable! I am so happy with them! And they tailored the Jean's for my short frame and shipped them to me for free.
I took my niece here to shop for clothes for Christmas. They had a terrific sale going on as they usually seem to. I was having trouble with a charge card so I had to come back a couple of days later to pay with cash. The manager was so personable and accommodating. She held the clothes that my niece had spent time trying on for me. When I came back the sale had ended but they gave me the sale price anyway. I had a wonderful shopping experience here. Love Torrid! Highly recommend.
The staff was helpful and kind. Got a great deal on 2 tops. I found the prices a bit higher than I thought they'd be. We were disappointed in the bra selection and styles. Probably visit again as clithing in their size range is difficult to find.
This is a really nice store with very helpful employees. A lot of choices but some sizes are hard to find. Prices are high unless you can find a special or have coupons. It is easy to find and located in an outlet mall but is not an outlet. Plenty of parking and an area that feels and looks safe and clean.
The staff is awesome!! Very friendly and helpful with everything! Store is always clean and organized. Love shopping here!
