Alma and Paige took great care of me! I have been mainly working from home since covid, and tomorrow I get to attend a special lunch with a few upper managers at my job. I've been anxious because I didn't have anything suitable to wear and as a plus size woman, shopping can be stressful and sometimes demoralizing. These ladies were warm, friendly, and most importantly genuine. Alma sized me for an undergarment and was spot on with the sizing! They pointed out some great deals. At the end when I was leaving, they shared words of encouragement and Alma told me a wonderful story from her own professional experience and it made me feel so comfortable and so thankful for her kindness! They are both amazing people and the great clothes at unbeatable pricing were just the icing on the cake! Also some sprinkles: they have fans in the fitting rooms that the customer can control with a simple cute wall switch. And there was an encouraging phrase written in whiteboard marker on the door of the fitting room stall, something like "you look beautiful ." I can't say enough good things about this store!
Wish the store was bigger..... but.... the items they do have are very well-suited for a plus size girl. I wasn't sure about a bathing suit, but once intried it on, it fit somwell and covered every arra I needed and looked good. It's my fa orote swimsuit of all time. Love that the employees are quick to help and understand what a plus girl is looking for. Kudos to the employees. It makes shopping for clothes much more appealing.
I went to this Torrid location for the first time today, and I will never go to a different one. The place is clean, organized, and spacious. Not to mention the selection is great. Being a wheelchair/cane user, I especially appreciate how spacious the place is - there's more than enough room when you walk in, look around, and even on the dressing room. Customer service was excellent, too. Major shout-out to Faith for being so wonderful and accommodating
By far my favorite place lately. So much cute clothes, I can look feminine and the clothes fit correctly? Yes please!
I have been a Torrid customer since the first time my wife and I walked into the location at Firewheel mall nearly 3 years ago. We had the most amazing experience with Kelsey. She has moved up in the company and is now the manager of this location. We drive about 70 miles round trip just to come to her location. She has a terrific staff as well. Kelsey and her team exemplify the art of customer service. Professional and Personal at the same time.
This is one of my favorite locations to visit. The staff is nice and eager to help. They always recognise me and ask if I'm looking for anything specific and help me find what i need. The ladies are quick to help with online ordering when the item i need isn't in the store I'm taller than average and have to order online often.
I got my friend a gift card from here for her birthday, not knowing what Torrid is, and now she won't talk to me. She posted about it on FB saying I'm fat phobic.
KELSEY IS AMAZING! She’s helped me for the past two years at the Firewheel store and the Prosper store. Not only does she give amazing cutomer service but I found out she’s the store manger and that makes total sense. She genuinely cares about her customers and does all she can to make sure you find what you need and have a good experience.
It's so addicting come here always find more then what I need .
Tried returning pants that I bought the day before that didn’t fit. I had the receipt but left the tags at home. I was told they couldn’t return without the tags so I said I can go home and grab them and the lady said I can’t return them without the tags being attached. Never heard that in my life. The employees were rude and snippy in there communication and not willing to help.
