Clean, good selection, great location. Aside from being ungodly expensive for the majority of their pieces, I do enjoy a lot of the stuff in store. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they're always helpful and approachable when we come in. The only thing that keeps this place from having a perfect score is the pricing. And even then, sometimes the clearance section and less popular items makes it worth it. But I can't justify spending 40 dollars on a tshirt that is mass produced.

If u want Fabulous customer service Do Not Shop at the Mentor Ohio Torrid's! No one greets you or even bothers to say Welcome to Torrid If u want excellent customer service and caring about you as a customer go to Aurora Ohio Torrids I am not the only 1 who is complaining bout the Mentor Store. Save urself a trip and don't shop the Mentor Ohio store
The wife stopped in to do some shopping but thought the prices were a little high until she found out tops were 40% off. The store was a little small and crowded with clothing.
Don't you wish when you order things online to pick up in the store you could just you know pick it up from the in store stock instead of waiting for it to ship there? Yeah me too. My favorite bras are here.
The cashier was amazing with trying to help me find answers to finding a bra in my size however the store holds very little in size f to try on and the website is limited to the stores ability to get much in my size, however she was able to look up the number to a few other local stores that'd might hold the size for me. And even helped me locate a Lane Bryant that would be closer for me- I only had a gift card to torrid tho. So I'll be shopping for my bras online but everything else was super cute in store like jeans and what not, love there styles and clearance and cash back! Wonderful for plus size such as myself all but my bras in-store.
Beware this Torrid is extremely small, the smallest I have ever been to! Not the best variety of clothing. During this visit the lights made the store very hot & humid! Most customers were complaining. Only sale deal was for Torrid card holders @ 5% off really Torrid! Items posted on Torrid.com were cheaper than in store. Oh and if your looking for summer swimwear, you won't find any here. Won't visit this location again, not worth it in my opinion!
Nov 1st around 6 pm my husband and I came into Torrid of Mentor with 4 pkgs. Since I have shopped my local Great Lakes store for 4 plus years. I proceeded to put my pkgs. down near the register on the floor with my husband right behind me. You see we have 6 Birthdays and 3 women who shop here.The large tall women proceeded to tell me in a rude tone that they dont allow people to leave bags there So I told her well we will no longer shop here. .I had $$ to spend I am the mom. Torrid this lady represented you very poorly and you lost close to 300. Dollars in sales last night. . I'm still hot under the collar 24 hours later. Amazing that every store I shopped in asked if I would like to set my bags down. Your loss! Mrs. Lori Post
The clothes are amazing in quality but still too high of a price for most items
My very 1st time shopping here. The one young lady that helped me was so friendly. She was able to measure me and find the perfect bra. The otherher associate had on holey closes and it didn't look presentable to me. I most def will be coming here to buy clothes once I kick some more weight off... I
