Clothes are more expensive than I'm use to but the quality is fantastic. Opened a new account and received 40% off everything I purchased.
They moved just a bit down the hall the store front seems a little bigger and the fitting rooms are huge now... I love all the sales and coupons I get and the amazing quality of the clothing
The staff were welcoming and kind, professional. I'm honestly grateful that someone is actually trying to offer clothes that isn't for skinny people only. I really love the jeans and I hope my mom does too. Everything is at a reasonable price, the sweaters are perfect for cold winters. I would definitely recommend buying from here. Definitely coming back for more clothes.
I purchased a couple of items that turned out to not fit I went to return them to the store and was told because the tags were not on the clothing that I could not return them. All I wanted was an even exchange for a larger size. I will never set foot in another torrid again, you stole my money you've wasted my time and I cannot believe I have spent thousands of dollars in the past in these stores. I will now start shopping at Lane Bryant and other plus size friendly stores. This is a terrible shame because torrid you were an amazing clothing store I will be making sure to let my other friends know about this and I will encourage them to shop elsewhere and not torrid anymore.
They have a good sale now, everything is 50% off the whole store. They have shoes,clothing and accesories for plus size ladies.
I hardly shop instore and would rather shop online. That being said, I made the trip to return instore 2x and each time a young thin women help me. I don't see her name on my e-receipt and I just want to say as busy as she was both times, she was ready and able to help me right away. Made the experience, quick, easy, and friendly. I actually won't mind shopping instore one if these days.
They moved to a new spot in the mall awhile ago and I love it! It's a little more spacious and great layout. The staff and nice and friendly, but down to earth and not overly pushy. I'm not the biggest fan of the Lakewood mall in general, but I love this Torrid. My favorite location so far!
I love Torrid! My one and only complaint is, it's not very stroller friendly. My kids go with me everywhere. The aisles are just narrow enough for it and when I would turn/steer, the wheels would bump the racks. And the fitting rooms are small. It was rough trying to move the stroller out of the way just so I could shut the door.
Nice plus size clothes. Prices are just ok. Very small options for tall plus size women
Its my favorite place to be. Highly recommend to shop here the ladies are super nice and the clothes are amazing. P.S. Ladies TREAT YOURSELFS DON'T CHEAT YOURSELF..... We are Beautiful in any shape and size. Thank you TORRID for plus size fashion
