Staff is very friendly at this store, selection is great...unless you're over size 24. Nothing for larger plus size women. I wear a 28 in jeans and while I'm working very hard to lose weight, there's not much selection for fluffier gals like me. Torrid advertises its self to be all size inclusive, but it really isn't if you want to shop in the store.
Well stocked, handled a ship to home item quickly, staff was extremely helpful and fun!
Amazing staff. They were willing to rush an in store pickup order because my job told me last minute that I would need a large order of all black business clothes, which I did not have, and I am plus sized so I can't shop most places. Elizabeth was AWESOME and started the order early for me and called when they had put it together. I could have cried, I was so relieved. Thank you, Elizabeth!
It was my first time going into a store location, I usually order online and went on to return some items that didn't fit. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone thinking about visiting a Torrid. Positives: Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. No wait for a fitting room or check out and I went on a Saturday afternoon holiday weekend. Plenty of sizes of every item in stock and the store was clean and organized. Honestly probably the best retail experience I've had in a long time. Negatives: None! My only gripe is that a lot of styles I was interested in online are not sold in-store. But that is not the fault of this specific location, and they will even order sizes online they do not have in stock so you can pick them up in store.
I really love the store torrid it's in the eastview Mall close to Macy. Ford is a store that specializes in Big and tall is where for and women's wear. The lady staff that you work at the shop really truly of you in mind above and beyond to help you find the clothes of your dreams and the clothes that fit you the. I think the only is that some of the clothes is kind of on the expensive side but they do have loyalty programs and of course signature credit cards to help too. But you know us ladies that need Big and tall clothing it's just a little bit of us or sometimes. But with all that aside I absolutely suggest this store and I like their options in styles they are a much better for style clothing store than Lane Bryant but Lane Bryant has a place too for big call people. Like I'm trying to say in this post is this was out of the blue I found the store and it amazed me so much. Thank you guys at the store to making my experience the best that I have ever had.
I love Torrid and so glad there is one closer to me finally. Nikki took such wonderful care of me. The staff is very attentive and helpful. If you are a plus-size queen, be sure to check out this store.
I shop for and often with my wife here. I always get fantastic service, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It may sound surprising, but I actually enjoy talking my wife shopping here. Plus, catch a sale and the prices are extremely hard to beat. A wide range of style available too! Easy give stars coming from a husband!
The manager Carrie there is absolutely amazing She is so helpful and is such a friendly person! I go out of my way to go to this location just for her and her staff. If she is not there they hold the same standard and are so welcoming!
I have been going here for close to a decade and the last few years have been rough. They are pulling less variety of stock and most of it is more office work related. I actually walked out today because there were 3 people in the line in front of me and 15 mins later she had only made it through 1 person. We left, looked at two other stores and the person in front of us had only just made it to the register. They weren’t even that busy, the manager was the one at the register and she was going so slow. This has been a thing the last few times we have gone and we are officially done.
I love torrid! I've been to a few it's a pretty nice one. I lived in Ohio before and my local torrid didn't seem to change the styles out as often as this one. It's nice to see new stuff on display when I'm out and about. Well not for my bank account but you gotta look cute. The sale section is also really nice at this location and always has a pretty good special on it!
