Oh my God I love this place. I love the workers and one in particular she knows who she is she has a son that we spoke about. The only problem with this store for me is that I haven't quite decided if I love the clothes as much as I love the customer service and the women that work there especially the manager and the other lady that I always speak to but I can't remember her name but she is great. I truly feel like it's some sort of sisterhood when I go in there and it doesn't matter that we are of the opposite race. Thanks Torrid I'm glad you're in my neighborhood.
Always a pleasant visit. Staff always friendly and will to assist you! I ordered online and picked up in store. While I waited I was looking around and I got the cutest Christmas earrings and a bra that I didn't know was on sale.
Fabulous!!! The sale Ladies were very helpful, very knowledgeable about the merchandise, sales promotions and most of all very mature. It was around 2-2:30pm.
It’s hard for me to find shoes in my size, and while torrid has my size a lot of the shoes aren’t good quality. I just got these shoes a few ago and wore them about 5 times, not even a lot of walking money down the drain.. the items are already over priced, please don’t take advantage of us plus size customers.
The consumer service here is wonderful. Everyone is so kind and focuses on getting you exactly what you want and making you feel comfortable. The clothing is gorgeous and the store has an emphasizes of fit. For me personally It's a little more on the expensive side so I generally buy essential things like bras and jeans, but the price is definitely worth it for the quality and almost guaranteed fit. They also have a lot of sales and rewards for returning patrons, so you'll always get the best price. The reason I started shopping here was because they have tall sizes, and I was almost in tears when I finally found jeans that looked good AND reached my ankles.
I Love Torrid I use to pass by this store for years, one day I finally went in now I can't stay away. Store is nice and neat. Clothes are very good quality, pricey. This is normal for Plus Size They have coupons and sales often. Employees are friendly. Only had one bad encounter.
My last visit to TORRID I purchase a white blouse, leopard skin blouse and a green jumper and belt. I wear these things on my recent trip to Chicago memorial day weekend. Everything fit perfectly and look beautiful. The only complaint that I have is after losing 100 pounds TORRID doesn’t do me justice. So TORRID for me is a great place to get a couple pieces and then item to match it with things from Walmart target and other places. Previously I would buy my entire outfit from TORRID now it just doesn’t work. Definitely a great shop but rings there On my last visit. Highly recommend shopping there for anyone that size 18 and up. I’m more of a 16/14 right now so the tops are great. The jumper fit perfectly and I forgot I also purchased a skirt that pair well with the fashion nova bodysuit. High quality clothes that’ll last you a very long time. I still have pieces that are a size 4 which is the equivalent to a size 24/26. They are in very good condition after being washed several times and being owned for 3 to 4 years
The customer service here is always great. The clothes are fashionable, sophisticated and stylish. Since I found this store I almost shop exclusively at this location. Also, the store is always very clean and has a pleasant fresh smell. No smelly air fresheners like some clothing chains started using.
First time to Torrid. A little pricey but great clearance and member points program. With coupons and points can get a good buy. Styles for any age. I was impressed.
