Tired of ketchup or BBQ sauce? Try Torshi, a Persian condiment - can be eaten with prepared food. Many varieties to choose from: The Mango family goes well with steak, lamb chops, beef kabob and/or with curries and vegeterian dishes. Great substitute for BBQ sauce or Ketchup yet no artificial ingredients, corn syrup or additives. The Lemon Family - Lemon Rind and Lemon Pulp, both tangy giving every meal a zing, excellent with fish, chicken, vegetarian dishes. The Eggplant family: Mixed Eggplant gives a fresh, crunchy taste that goes well with any dish, or by itself. The Mixed Vegetable variety is wonderful as a substitute for saurkraut goes well with chicken, hot dogs, or by itself. Pickled Garlic goes well with any meal, as an aperitif or tossed in a salad. Kolook also produced Marinated Olives in olive oil and jams. We have 2 jam varieties: Quince jam and sour cherry which are both seasonal.
