Bootcamp classes every week at the Hingham Rec!
Bootcamp is an hour-long class that combines heavy and light weights, cardio intervals and core work, pushing you to your maximum potential, with a regularly refreshed, challenging workout designed to tone and sculpt your body.
Bootcamp:
Monday at 9:30 am
Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 am for you early birds!
Wednesday at 10:30 am
Prepare to work hard in these fun and invigorating morning workouts!
All classes held at the Hingham Recreation Center, are led by American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and Spinning certified fitness instructor, Tory Dolan.
Personal one-on one training also available!
