So a little bit about rich Toscani and his colleagues. I was at the time 51-year-old male who was going through some rough times and found myself caught up with the law and facing some heavy jail time. A friend had recommended Rich to my friend who went and spoke with him while I was locked up in Manhattan. Rich immediately took on my case and was there comforting my friend and spent numerous amounts of his own time to even go with her to the court house to bail me out. From this time on we knew we had made the right choice with Rich Toscani and his colleagues. To make this a little shorter because I can talk about rich forever, I was facing a 8 to 25 year drug charge I have never been in trouble before but just hearing from people I was sure I was doing some time. My case went on for about a year and Rich was by my side every step of the way comforting me and making me feel like everything was going to be okay and that he will be doing everything to help me back with my life. All through this, I was also going through a long, rough divorce of over 20 years. The bottom line is Rich and his colleagues, with their help and experience, was able to get me a deal of just 5 years probation. Rich had saved my life, and my two daughters wouldn't have to lose their father. I still talk to Rich till this day two and a half years later thanking him for getting me a second chance. After my case was done, I had fired my original divorce lawyer and went with Rich with my divorce. Again, Rich and his colleagues were there by my side comforting and assuring all the way through. He was able to get my house sold and divorced finalized in half the time of my other attorney, who did absolutely nothing. Like most lawyers are just out to take all your money, Rich toscani and his colleagues are there to help you and comfort you and get things done quickly and not drag it on.
