Excellent store with great knowledgeable staff! They helped us purchase a Life Fitness rowing Machine. Delivery crew was very professional. My wife loves her rowing machine. she uses it almost every day. it has worked flawlessly. If you are considering purchasing fitness equipment, we highly recommend this store.
Purchased an Inspire M5 multi-gym. Gary at the Nashua store was great to work with - informative, communicative and efficient. Delivery and setup within two days of purchase was seamless, carried out by friendly, competent technicians. Highly recommend paying for setup - would not have wanted to tackle that task. Very pleased with the M5 - quiet, smooth pulleys combined with the ease of weight stacks and a great variety of stations/exercises. All round excellent experience with Precision Fitness Equipment.
At my husband's suggestion my daughter and I went there looking for a treadmill Thurs 3/30/23. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was very helpful. They were about to close for the day and he took the time to help us. He found us the perfect treadmill at the perfect price and a mat to go with it. Can't thank him enough. We will definitely recommend Precision Fittness to everyone.
Very helpful, was looking for good presents for my nephews and they enlightened me on their "Captains of Crush" grip strengthening line, the sales clerk had several weights on display to try and helped me narrow down the best weight for children, plus directed me to the "world record" links and videos which were a big hit with my Nephews
We recently bought our first treadmill from Gary at Precision Fitness. We are extremely happy with that choice. It was based in part on friends recommendations. Due to the large investment and our lack of product knowledge, we needed guidance. I had been a little intimidated at the other stores we shopped, but Gary was kind and patient, and truly wanted us to invest in the right machine. Price point did matter, and he led us to a quality machine within our budget. PF will even come to personally setup and install treadmills for a small fee, but we decided to try it ourselves. Woops! We had some trouble setting up the Passport device an interactive box that lets run along to interactive videos filmed around the world. Yet one phone call to Performance Fitness and Ricky sent me all the info we needed for setup. Gary and Ricky are both great! We look forward to doing business with them again to expand our fitness room in the future.
I have been buying equipment with PFE for more than a decade across the cardio and weight training spectrum. I have always found their products to be terrific and their service even better. A recent experience with a product that underperformed has made me an even bigger fan of the company. They stood behind the product and kept working until I was fully satisfied. During that experience, I had interactions with reps from sales, customer service, repairs, and delivery - all individuals were top notch! Looking forward to another decade of business with this company. They are truly focused on satisfaction and quality.
My husband, Ken, and I recently purchased an elliptical at the Nashua store. Gary was extremely helpful. Our entire experience was seamless from the selection of the product to delivery and setup. During the past several years we have purchased numerous pieces of exercise equipment from PFE. The customer service along with the entire staff has always gone above and beyond to ensure we are completely satisfied with our purchases. Gary, and the other associate who was there for pick-up sorry, didn't catch his name were both very pleasant, and went above and beyond while helping me secure one of the last pair of heavy dumbbells left on Earth. Great customer service!
I just left this place after wandering around with my daughter-in-law for several minutes. We were not greeted as we came in, and our presence was not acknowledged in any way in the entire time we were there looking at equipment. We came in ready to spend thousands of dollars on a new exercise bike and treadmill. We're on our way to Sears now.
I needed some weights during this whole virus thing. He was selling a bar and 250lbs of weight USED ..for $450 dollars. You can get that normally for $250 to $300 NEW. I went all the way up to $400 out of desperation and he would not move a dime. We are supposedly all in this together , yet people and businesses like this are showing their true colors. I would never do business with this greedy, unamerican company.
