Garrett - one of Minnesota leading CrossFit instructors with a Level 2, Olympic Weightlifting & CrossFit Kids certification. He works with youth starting at ages 4, will help you begin your CrossFit experience, continue for fitness experience or coach competitive CrossFit athlete.
