Total Health facility features include: Cardiovascular training equipment, Complete strength training equipment, Free weight area, Warm water aquatic exercise, Cardio-Theater, Group exercise classes, 1/16th mile walking track, Full service locker rooms, Massage Therapy, Child care available select hours, Qualified and accredited staff. Health enrollment fee includes: Health Risk Assessment, Cholesterol Screening, Sub-Maximal Exercise Test, Body Fat Analysis, Flexibility Analysis, Strength Analysis and Personalized Exercise Program.
