If I could leave less stars, I would. This place is a JOKE. The way front desk especially and the doctors “therapists” treat their clients are truly pathetic and disgusting. I have never heard of a worse way to humiliate and handle a single mother’s situation than the way they done today. I am more upset at the fact that they are taking away a child’s opportunity to learn and have true therapy. I don’t understand why anyone would come to this place. They are all truly incompetent, uncompromising, IMMORAL,UNEDUCATED, uncompassionate, corrupt human beings. I do NOT recommend coming here and do not bring your child. You know, there are tons of places that will welcome a child with open arms. I would recommend everyone do that, search around. Don’t go here. What a waste of a building. Needs new tenants! Preference of someone who knows how to keep their clients and treat them better than this.
From beginning to the end my experience was organized, professional, enjoyable, therapeutic, and fun. My O.T. was Jeanine and super nice assistant/student was Terra. It was a blast! Was altogether a positive experience.
These folks are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. In the short arm of time I have been working with them on my arm, they have dx'd, formed a treatment plan, Executed plan and already seeing Magnificent results. I enjoy their loving, caring spirit and commraderie.
Dana and Jimmy have been great to work with. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciate them so much.
The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I never laugh so much when I have therapy and for me that is also a great part of my therapy..
My mother is a resident at Morningview Assisted Living, and the physical therapist comes to work with her twice a week. The therapy is helping her so much and her therapist is wonderful with her. Thank you
Six months ago, I submitted a VA prescription request for physical therapy. They sat on the request for over a month before finally initiating the first appointment. Given the time lost from the prescription date to the first appointment, I was cheated out on six PT appointments. Approximately two month ago, I went in to the 829 East Lamar Alexander Parkway office and spoke to the receptionist. I told her of this past situation and that I have a new request from the Veterans Administration for a new round of physical therapy sessions. She said she would expediate the process. After two weeks, I called and having no follow-up communication, came in two weeks later. The receptionist said I needed to call the VA and gave me back the paperwork. She admitted absolutely nothing was done and the paperwork was sitting at the bottom of the basket. Isn't this what she's getting paid to process? If there's a problem can't she call me? Very disappointed in Blount Memorial Total Rehab in Maryville. I will not use them again and will not recommend their use by the Veterans Administration.
A team of knowledgeable, personable staff followed an individualized plan for shoring up my strength and flexibility after knee surgery.
Rehab appropriate for needs, wonderful staff and therapists. Front office staff are exceptional as well!
Love the staff here! They go above and beyond to make sure you are at your best. Mind, body and soul.
