The place has everything. And they are pretty knowledgeable about most things...but. I do not support or agree with all the rules that people create trying to protect their property. You are a rental company so if a person has legit i.d. and the money,and the common since then rent the person a tool and leave the worrying to the insurance people cuz that's why you pay them the big bucks. Just saying. That's why I give 4 instead of a five star review.
Had the machine I wanted at a good price. Good service at pickup and return.
These guys n gals are amazing! Went in to rent an excavator, the set me up within minutes... after use on way to return I had my truck break down. They actually came and rescued me, by offering a return service. Which I desperately needed. Thanks team for all the help! Oh n the prices are competitive, but beat everyone else! Don't waste time searching. This company has there rent items dialed in! They also offer everthing! You need something, they probably have it. Wide array of Tools, equipment, tables, chairs. Even decorations. We highly recommend total rental center. Keep up the great work!
Didn't Have our insurance information we had an issue but it was resolved quickly
These guys have just about everything you could think of. Everybody there is very knowledgeable everything they have for rent and they will go out of their way to make sure you find what you need. I had a reservation 4 compactor one time and somebody didn't bring theirs back but they were still able to locate 1 for me to rent and another one of their locations. I wouldn't think from renting anywhere else.
Best rates great availability for rental equipment.
Nice people. Good selection of tools/equipment to rent. As it turns out I needed a trailer to haul my equipment. They were able to supply the trailer and tow ball. They took care of everything, and very quickly too. I'll definitely return.
Rented a lawn edger, they tested it before loading it and showed me how to operate. The front desk personnel were professional and courteous. When I checked it back in they met me at the curb, unloaded it. The front desk said returning the edger and we completed our business with a smile in 10 minutes or less. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Total Rental Center.
Great service, decent prices. Their small trailers can be a little dinky, but they get the job done! Wide selection of tools and items for rent. Plus they're happy to help fix things if a tool malfunctions or breaks!
