We are a locally run and owned, licensed home
care agency. When home care is a safe option, we are there for you in the familiar and comfortable environment of your own home, effectively avoiding the high costs of institutional care. Our home care services are individually customized to meet the needs of our clients. We can provide support to those of you with an ongoing medical condition, so you can remain independent and comfortable at home.

Behalf of my uncle who is 83 My great uncle has a outstanding aide. Her name is Jataya she is very reliable and has grown to us like family no situation we have put her in she didn't come on top.
Touched by Angels has sent me aides and now I have a CNA for my mother. I have had them since 2018. This company is very understanding and compassionate. There office staff in Winston Salem & Charlotte are fantastic. When I have had an aide or a PCA that does not fit with my mom, they completely understand and get me one that fits. We treat these folks that comes to help my mom like family. When I have an appointment and my family comes in to help everyone and everything works beautifully.

Touched by Angels has been a great place to work. To me it is more than just a job, it's a career opportunity. The leadership of this company is very understanding and family friendly. You will be hard pressed to find a company more compassionate about its employees. In addition they are flexible with scheduling and understand individual needs. There is always cases available and the company is growing rapidly. If you are looking for a place to get started or make a career as a CNA I would recommend Touched by Angels The care they provide for their clients is second to none. Any issues they may have they bring to a quick resolution.

We have needed the help of an aide agency for about 25 years, and we have tried about eight different CAP-approved aide agencies to take care of my quadriplegic, speech-impaired sister. All of these agencies have had trouble finding and keeping aides that were appropriate for my sister, but Touched by Angels has been the best. Touched by Angels has been very easy to work with, and they have shown that they understand the needs of my sister and care about her well-being. We have been a client of Touched by Angels for about 15 years.
My parents had a good caregiver for a couple of weeks. Then yesterday she just didn't show up. No warning, no advance notice, no phone call from the company. They did not send a replacement for the day. When mom inquired by calling the company, she was told that the caregiver had been assigned to another client and the company was looking for someone else. Again, no warning, no notice...no help. My mom is sick and my dad is unable to care for himself at all. Beware..if you use this company this may happen to you.
Amazing place to work, the leadership is amazing, they are willing to work with there employees and they will do anything they can to help the employees and the clients to make sure the needs of clients are being met. Jessica Maner respondes to request by clients in a very timely manner! I would recommend them for any of your home health needs!
