We booked a 3 day tour to Yellowstone from Tours4fun and it wasn't that great. 1. The tour guide used to talk 10minutes and explain in Chinese and used to take like less than a minute in English. 2. There posters in the BUS asking not to take of shoes, its an all day tour, so why can't they take their shoes off? 3. Rest rooms in Bus were locked, however they did stop every 2 - 3 hours. If you are looking for something to explore and come back by this time then this is not the right tour. This tour is really good if you are Chinese and If you really need hand holding on what to see, where to take pictures and happy to take advice and Pee where he says you to take a leak.
The service of tours4fun is very considerate and very patient. Problem solving is very efficient. When I chose to go to the Blue Ice Cave, she kept emphasizing to me that there was a collapse in the Blue Ice Cave, and advised me not to go. I was really touched. She also gave a lot of warm tips and suggestions before departure. Iceland is very beautiful, I like this quiet feeling, I had a lot of fun.
This is fraudulent company. Unprofessional and unethical. I have been dealing with them since some days and I must tell you of disastrous experience I have been having with them. I made a reservation and cancelled it very next day and rest is completely a nightmare, they do not stick to their own cancellation policy and produce some notes written somewhere on the website for taking your money. Well alright, when we ask them evidence, they say they will get it from their local agent. Now your UNENDING, UNDEFINED waiting time starts, you keep writing emails to them and they say wait. No other discussions. You have to wait unapologetically for their failure to manage their local agent, you have to pay the price by waiting for their failure to provide evidence to support the deduction. I am having it. I have written them of exposing them on social media and yes I am doing my bit to ALERT PEOPLE.
They told me this is the price for tour including hotel stay and bus tour with guide . Then, when the tour started, they asked for an extra $ 228 per person, stating these are ticket and food charges that they have organized. Shocking the tickets attraction were hardly for $ 40 to $ 60, and food was served 4 times that add $22 x 4 equals $88, so total comes to $ 150, but they took $228 from me ???.. Then they took another $36 each perosn stating as guide service charge and all these additional charges were not infromed to me before booking the tour and also they take this money in form of cash only. The tour was good but the temp inside was not working there was ice aiutside everywhere and they had on d ac inside it was an nightmare and when I told to on the heater and make warm they used to on it but after 5 minutes they used to again off it. Then again, cold temp inside. Why did they charge so many additional charges and take only in cash ???? Just make sure your trip will be double the price .
I made a reservation on Tours4Fun for US West Coast tour. Firstly the price is really very nice. The tour guide seviced us very well. He is very kind. All customers are also very kind and interesting. Highly recommend if you would like to travel to US and Europe.
Don't waste your money and time. This company is not reliable and the customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything was in Chinese and it was very confusing. I didn't get anything about pick up location, guide, vehicle whatsoever. I had no idea where or what is going to happen. Even a day before the actual trip, I didn't get anything. And I had to call them to find out and it was actually different location that I knew from the reservation. It was extremely difficult to communicate with them, also even though that was their fault, they refused to refund my money and I just blew hundreds in the air. I literally got no service at all but they didn't give my money back. All I wanted was going to Grand Canyon without hours of driving but eventually I had to drive 10 hours a day but still wasted my money. I super regret booking with this company and from now on i'll not trust any of these scammy services AT ALL!
In July 2018 I made a reservation with travel agent Tours4Fun for a bus trip for me and my wife to travel via tour bus operator Jupiter Legend from New York City to Niagara Falls. For this trip I paid Tours4Fun $194.40 for two adults plus $30 each for a hotel upgrade charge. The hotel upgrade we paid for was not received, and this trip descended into chaos, farce and dishonesty as follows: On the first day of the tour I was told by the tour guide that there was no upgrade hotel available and all 42 people on the bus would stay at the standard hotel. Our tour guide urged me to call to cancel my upgrade for a $60 refund. I called Tours4Fun before arriving at the hotel, who said it was not possible to cancel my upgrade. The next day the tour guide demanded $10 cash per day as a “service fee,” a total of $40. When I said her company owed me a refund of $60 and that I was not likely to pay an additional $40 cash, she said she would call the police and have us removed at the next rest stop on the NY State Thruway, leaving us stranded 600 miles from home. After many phone calls, we were not evicted. I did not ever threaten her, raise my voice, or use profanity. After returning home, I had many calls with Tours4Fun. On July 17 I was finally told the case was closed, no refund would be issued, and “all customers on your tour bus were upgraded.” I believe Tours4Fun and Jupiter Legend blatantly rip off their customers. I will never pay for a tour with either of these companies again.
Booked a Yellowstone tour with tours4fun a few years ago, the experience was good. Saw a lot in a short time, and the guide is professional. Next time, will consider an in-depth tour to have more time in the park.
Tour taken: May 19 departure date, 6 day east coast tour. I booked this tour was my mother and brother. Pros: 1. Tour guide, YoYo, was great and very engaging. She made the experience very good. 2. There was diversity in our group, which made the experience a lot better. Cons: 1. Booking the tour was a hassle. They are horrible at coordinating and kept giving us different numbers to call before the tour date. Example: May 19 departure date morning they sent me a text with the tour guide's number saying that the tour will begin on May 21. When I called the tour guide on the number listed- she had no idea about the tour. 2. Changing the departure date- it was very difficult. I changed the departure date and paid the amendment fee, they sent me an updated invoice. However, one day before the trip they emailed me saying that if I don't pay $30 more via PayPal, I will not be able to go on the trip. That seemed predatory consumer practice to me and I felt like I was backed in a corner. I had to end up paying $30 via paypal so we could be on the tour. 3. Cancellation: Before booking the tour, make sure you read the fine print. It said on the site that they'll refund complete amount if we cancel by a certain time. When I tried to cancel- they pointed me to some terms and conditions that were hidden in all the information. Overall: Good tour guide but terrible customer service
FRAUD ALERT - BEWARE Tours4Fun is a complete fraudulent, irresponsible, unprofessional, unethical tourist agency. I have a real time own experience of dealing with them on a tour trip that was booked. They display on their website to complete the booking and they won't charge you for that, however they will ask you to enter card details to hold a booking. As soon as you enter card details, you are gone, they will take full amount of the trip and rest is nightmare for you to experience on yourself. I have evidence of their emails, transaction details and all associated things to show them if anyone requires them. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS fraud agency.
