Workers there were very helpful. I went in looking for an R/c car for my 1 year old son, I let the staff there know that, they offered me a great option of R/c’s from they’re huge selection of cars that would be perfectly aye appropriate for my son. My son loves the car and I am very grateful for the help I received , saved me a ton of money and a ton of headaches from buying the wrong car .

First and last time I will ever take my children to this store. Female worker was so sweet and showed my kids several toys, after we bought a few things and were walking out, my youngest went back to a car he had already played with with the female worker and touched it. He was not being destructive or rough. He literally put his hand on it and didn’t even pick it up! A male worker grabbed my son’s hand and took it off of the car and said he couldn’t touch it. Completely unacceptable to ever touch another persons child! He then walked over to another customer who was with a young girl checking out some car tracks. When she picked up a flag from the track he took that out of her hand as well. I said to the worker if they didn’t want children touching they should keep items in cases or put them where children cannot reach them! He said “I expect parents to control their children”. I was going to lose it!! Neither my child nor the other young girl were “out of control” and not further than a foot away from their parents! He should be fired for physically touching a child and from what I just read in the other reviews it looks like not the first time they have taken things off of kids! My MIL was paying for her items in the back of the store with the female worker when I was in the front with the male. I don’t know what he continued to say but apparently the female worker told him to calm down. I honestly wanted to go back and return all the items I just bought after this, but decided it was not worth upsetting my child. But I will never step foot in that “toy store” again!

Brought my kids to the store and they were amazed at how they could sample the toys before deciding to buy them. What a great concept of an interactive store. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their product and even made many suggestions to help our kids decide what's right for their age group. They all made it fun to be in the store as they understand and actually interact and play with the kids themselves. Will be recommending this store to all my friends with kids!!! The name is right it was Amazing!!!

We will not be going back to this toy store..I have to young boys, while there the store clerk snatched a toy out of my oldest child hands! Unacceptable we should be able to experiment and play without buying I wouldn't recommend! It's not about baby sitting customers kids..I keep a very close eye on both my kids in every store we go into..I just dont like how the store clerk follow you around! Maybe you should try and be nice to your customers rather than worry about your toys breaking!

Overpriced, low quality, "Doctors kit"- items broke first time it was played with. Not worth your money.
