I’ve had great experience at Tower Dental! I was taken in the back right away. Didn’t wait long. Dr Rocha did my examination. I can feel she has lots of experience. Didn’t tried to push anything. I didn’t had cavities, she said I’m fine. No dental treatment needed currently. And by the way, this was my second opinion doctor. The previous doctor pushed me a few thousand dollars treatment plan. Did my cleaning with Christina. She did amazing! Best prophylaxis in my life. Was very thorough. Explained a proper brushing technique. Very happy. Will come back!!!!!
I have had nothing but a bad experience since i started going here. From the miscommunication from staff and the insults from the doctor and the NUMEROUS RESCHEDULES, I'm surprised this office is still in business. The icing on the cake is after i get my whole crown and procedure done, I found out that they sent my medical bills and information to the wrong company and person which is a DIRECT VIOLATION OF HIPAA LAWS. I am never coming b.ack to this location
The place is literally a Big Scam, who's ever managing the office there, has no clue about about business management. They basically going to take your money and over charge you.. and good luck on getting your refund back.. they will save it in your account for when you need it in the future as if they are a Bank or something
This experience was more frustrating. This is not a bad review about the dentist as I never got to see him. I scheduled my appointment for an exam and cleaning. When scheduling my appointment, I was very specific about wanting the cleaning and the exam done on the same day. For that reason I was scheduled two weeks out rather than the same week. When I came to the appointment I was told that they could not promise the cleaning for the same day. When I was brought back to the room I requested to know whether or not the cleaning would actually take place on that same day as well. I was told that that was absolutely not possible because of their already full schedule. Super frustrating because I took a day off from work for this. Do not recommend. Pls figure out your scheduling issues as this can be a big deal for some and not a professional way to run a practice.
Had a wonderful session with Dr Rocha! Came from New York to visit friends and they took me in for the lip flip. Dr Rocha was also able to do my friend lines. Absolutely painless in both areas five star rating Triple A Doctor! Thank you so much Dr Rocha!
Had my teeth cleaned at this practice and Kristina did such a great job! My teeth felt so clean and shiny after. Staff is very friendly. I’ve had a great experience here! Highly recommend
I had a great experiance at tower dental artes, Dr rocha and staff ARE , very caring higienista was amazing .100% recomended.
I have had two tooth extraction's there & found them to be very professional and gental in there procedures. I further had a partial denture created by them, they did excellent work which hasn't needed any additional adjustments. A very competent office.
I bought a tooth cleaning from Groupon. It was made for me by hygenist Kristina. I am very satisfied. Professional, fast and very very pleasant communication = 5 star!
Terrible experience. My husband and I both go here. They are always switching dentists on us number one and the office staff is not organized at all. My husband had an appointment last week mind you we live in ft Myers he drove all the way there only to find out they never scheduled him that day and the dentist didn't have the right tools. Needless to say he wasn't happy and tried to get in contact with Dr. Sonia and they said she was in a meeting and that she would call him back. She never did. He has been waiting to get his final stages for almost a year!!! Of course, we paid them in full and to top it off......our wedding is in 3 months.......
