I lived here for 5 years, the landlord is great and maintenance always quick and responsive once you submit an order. I would recommend it to people moving to the area, especially college students. Safe neighborhood and plenty of parking as well.

My first apartment. Loved it so much I decided to move back a few months ago. Very quiet, safe area. Very kind landlord and maintenance guys. I love being here and would recommend.

Loved this apartment complex. It was always landscaped beautifully. Quiet neighborhood with friendly staff and management. I would highly recommend this apartment community!

I would not recommend this property to any single females or families with children. The manager and lease does not support privacy or notification when maintenance may infringe on privacy. The manager told me that, "If you want privacy, get a house."

Never had any issues living here for 2 years. Quiet and near the university, too.

First of all its 700$ to,live here the bug guy walks in whenever he pleases and so do the idiots that change filters
