It's been quite a few months since I've been here. I was hoping maybe they would update the building before I decided to try it again. But I was just reading all the comments and it looks like nothing has changed. The last time I was there was very disappointing. The movie prices are great, the staff all seemed friendly and the snacks were very much overpriced. I don't even mind the overpriced snacks that much. I mean that's really the case at almost any movie theater. But the most unbelievable part I saw was in the bathroom. I went in to use it before the movie started only to find out there were no stall doors!! There are only two stalls in the ladies room. One had no door or anything. The other had an adjustable shower rod up and they folded the shower curtain in half and hung it over the rod. Then they stapled it together so it wouldn't slide off the rod!! My child which was nine years old at the time looked at me and said, "Mama  you got to put this on Facebook, nobody will ever believe this"! So I haven't been back. I know times are hard for everyone, but they really got to do better than that!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I recently visited the theatre with my famiy. I had stopped going because of the poor environment. Ragged and dirty. A completely different experience. It appeared to be newly redone. Seats were comfortable and the theatre was clean. We were there during the 2:30 matinee,  Other movie goers were respectful. Great popcorn. I really enjoyed myself.

I'd say this theatre is a little outdated from current times but nothing to prevent me from going again. The theatre was clean when I attended Sunday afternoon 2:30 and the seats weren't bad by any means. I paid $6 admission for matinee they include tax in their price, actual ticket price was about $5.30 which is a nice surprise. I didn't even look at concession prices so I can't comment on that. Based on my experience, I would recommend to someone looking for a theatre.

I would give a rating of -50 stars if able!!!!! This place should be condemned!! For starts approaching the outside many of the signs displaying the movies that are currently playing were busted/damaged/raggedy.  Its completely out-dated and in need of critical repairs/renovations!!! The interior is severely dirty.  The ceiling missing several tiles and many looks wet as though it had rained inside. My friends and I purchased tickets for an 8pm show 'US'. At 8:20pm there was no previews, movie or anything playing!!! When asked what time show start we were told its about to start.  A party of 5 we all got a refund and by 8:30pm the movie still had not started!!!! : Popcorn & drinks over priced!!! $15 for bucket popcorn & 2 drinks.  Town and Country need to do better or close the doors.

Entire theater is outdated. I could have painted over the floors for them. If you have a bad back like I do, the uncomfortable seats won't help. I struggled to find comfort the entire movie. After the movie, I got stuck in the restroom stall with no toilet paper and had to ask a strange for help. Wasn't the best experience at all. They should first focus on better seating and attending to their restrooms.

I look at some of the reviews in total disbelief.  How anyone that has been anywhere in this world can give this location anything over one star baffles me. Those giving it 4 stars must not understand the star rating system, or are just ignorant.  The place hasn't changed in over 30 years, people.  They have upgraded the tech, granted, but they probably had to do that to get films distributed to them. The seats are from the eighties, the bathrooms are terrible, even the marquee isn't managed well.  It's just nasty and poorly maintained.  I would never take anyone visiting from anywhere else to this place.  Are places like this what Lumberton deserves?

I've lived in lumberton all 38 years of my life. And this place still looks the same as it did when I was a kid. I don't understand why, they really need to do some remodeling. I would love to support my home town in every way and spend my money right here in my city.  But that's not possible, this theater reeks of wet diapers and stale horse manure. Very unpleasant to say the least. So I drive almost 30 miles to take my children to a simple movie. Something we should be able to do right here but I refuse to put my children through such torture. Please Town and County owners if you just so happen to read this could you please put money towards upgrading and remodeling your facility so that the children of your city could come to a nice clean facility to watch a movie in peace.  Without having to wonder if some creepy crawler is underneath there seat or if a fuzzy little creature is eating their popcorn droppings on the floor next to them or if the seat there seating in is soiled with pee. Is this to much to ask?

The movie prices are decent. Food and drinks are extremely overpriced. The overall theater itself needs some serious renovations. Pieces of the ceiling are missing with wires and cords hanging out, curtains are old, worn out and looks like someone shredded them, nasty dirty seats that need to be replaced asap.

It's small and old, but overall it's a decent theater. Looks dated. While watching Independence Day the return  I don't remember the actual title the digital went out and wouldn't finish the movie, we had to request our money back. Go during the day, theaters are usually empty, which I love.

I do not like this place at all... it's very dirty, they leave the lights on during movies until someone says something, and the bathrooms are atrocious. There are some pictures I took of them ._. The only trash can in the bathrooms was a bucket under the sink... yuck! The seats in the auditoriums are old and uncomfortable to sit on, and make akward squeaks when you move at all. Some of the poster holders outside have leaked and cracked. Don't really recommend, but it's the only theatre in Lumberton.
