Town and Country Nursing Center

It is always a blessing to your residents and our group from church to come for an hour on a Sunday Morning to chat with the men and women, lead them in singing their old favorites and share a devotional with them. Your staff is always prepared and welcoming. They are very good about making sure that those who want to come down to the cafeteria are able do do so. Today, one of the residents had a little problem breathing and the call for a nurse to come to the dining room was responded to immediately. I love helping make your residents smile and laugh and am so appreciative of Town and Country allowing our group to come. We love your residents and staff!

My dad is comfortable with this facility. The staff is always nice & friendly. It always smells pleasant & is always clean

Each time I have been to visit this facility, the staff has been courteous and supportive to my mother and me. I am very happy with the care she is receiving and would recommend them with hesitation

I am so impressed with the scanner when you come in. So up to date actually I haven't ever had to do that. My mom was in a nursing home in Taylor, Ar. before she suddenly passed with a stroke and they didn't have that. That made me feel good knowing that everyone coming in here was was having to answer the Covid questions too. The facility is so clean and the workers are all so nice and helpful of anything I need. I am a new sitter for a resident here. My husband's grandma use to be here years ago he said when it was a assisted living. I would highly recommend this facility for someone to bring a loved one and know they would be in good hands.

I thank you for letting my mom's dog visit her.I think it helped her get better quicker ,now she's home with her dog doing great.

Town and Country is taking the best care of my dad. He looks good, his room is spotless, people are always checking in on him, and he says he is very happy. We feel truly blessed to have him here! We had the best Thanksgiving lunch with them! Super place!

Our family had Thanksgiving lunch with our dad. The food and service was perfect. Dad was at his table when we arrived and our places were set. We were waited on and we could see that the residents, including our dad, enjoyed the event. Thank you Town & Country!

When I went the workers were all very nice and willing to help. The place was very clean .

After being told several times we’d be able to have a safe outdoor visit with our Grandmother, both times that has changed even after I expressly asked the question pertaining to the entire situation. I was told everything was fine. First the visit was changed to an indoor visit because it was “windy,” it was in fact a beautiful day. My daughter was heartbroken as she was quite rudely told she couldn’t come in. My husband went into that visit alone and his grandmother was in such a poor hygiene state he was appalled. Today we had a 3pm outside visit planned. When I scheduled this last week once I was told everything was fine, my sister in law and her three children drove in for this visit. I asked several times scheduling the visit if everything was ok and was assured it was. Today I’m told, an hour before the visit that only two adults can visit outside. Not once was anything like that said to me. We have tried to be patient but two consecutive times of changing rules is insane. We will be looking into other options, these residents do deserve to isolated at the whims of the staff.
