Took a long time, go early, go on an off day, and plan to wait. The quality is worth the price and wait. Beat deal for a full in and out car wash done right. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. Give them a good tip! Their auto detailing goes above and beyond what they charge.
I don’t think my 1 star is going to make a big difference but horrible customer service and horrible experience. I waited half an hour for workers to start working on my car after the initial wash due to me tracking down the manager. Car was completely dry by then so there were water spots dried all over. Talked to the manager Amir who said he couldn’t refund me because they had already washed and vacuumed my car. I agreed and told him to take $15 off the top and I could go on my merry way had a newborn at home that I needed to get back to because my mom who was watching him, needed to go somewhere. He said he would not but would get someone to work on the car. Eventually a worker started on my car and did a decent job. The whole experience took an hour and forty five minutes. I get they’re short but give the customers a heads up. Multiple people complained while there. I don’t blame the workers as they were all working hard. Management is to blame for being poorly prepared and not accommodating customers when they’re understaffed. The silver lining was the worker at the front was very nice and helpful.
Paid for the premium wash just to see that my car was barely worked on. I had brought it in to have it cleaned, vacuumed, wiped down, etc. my car was still dusty, crumbs everywhere, and streaks all over the glass and paint. The 5 dollar self wash yields much better results at any other location.
We've taken our cars here multiple times. It's hit or miss, but the initial interaction and sales tactics are shady. They charged me $37 without asking me what I wanted besides a wash. It's typically $30 and the extra $7 was for exterior only and didn't include vacuuming or wiping down. First I've heard, not posted or mentioned on their pricing board, and when I questioned it they couldn't give a clear answer and removed the charge. They don't have an option for exterior only so why the extra charge?
I only go here because the other car wash I used to go to turned into a do it yourself car wash. I’ve never been so irritated . I pull up and this guy hands me a ticket without asking what I want. Tells me it looks like my truck need the special. I told him I want a basic wash. Argues with me and seems annoyed I won’t change my mind. Very pushy and rude. Then, the cashier won’t give me change to give to the workers. What cashier doesn’t have change? The is is not the first time he’s done that. I will never go back!! Rude, aggressive, and not even a very good job either. I’ll just pay a little more and have it done at my house to save me the irritation.Service: Vacuuming
I paid for a hand wax, not cheap. During the wash, they used a broom with green plastic bristles on the roof. Then they did not even wax the roof of my SUV, and poorly waxed the sides. I talked to the actual owner, “Amir” who argued immediately and didn’t even ask who did the wax, and argued the broom with plastic bristles does not hurt the paint. This is not the first time this kind of stuff happens at this wash, in past years I saw employees use a BBQ grill scrubber with metal bristles on my wife’s rims. Since the new management I thought that this $hit had stopped. Apparently not, and the actual new owner, “Amir” was a jerk with poor customer service skills and experience.
Never written a bad review. The owner, while on his phone, was put out of place because he had to put gas in my car in the designated gas/wash lane. He let it go over for what I requested. I got out and took the pump out myself. No apologies, while still talking on his phone, just that it was not his job he said. Hmmm…… whose job is it?? No one else there??? This owner is disrespectful, rude and arrogant. I will never use this car wash again because of HIM. Never been an overly friendly place by the higher-ups. The employees are very nice-cashier and field men. I feel sorry for them.
Given car for gold wash and found that the mat was ripped off. I notified the staff immediately and they asked me to come next day when the manager is present. The experience next day was even more pathetic as the manager was not ready to accept that the damage happened while cleaning.He insisted it happened before and unfortunately i do not have photos just before cleaning to prove him wrong but I know there was no damage prior.Services: Vacuuming
It was hot and they still spent a half hour on my car making ur it was clean inside and out 40 dollars it was great.
