UNBELIEVABLY HAPPY BRIDE!!!!! The entire experience from start to finish they were welcoming and accommodating. Walking in I was immediately greeted by Gretchen. She sat with me giving me her full time and attention. We went over each and every single dress that I had listed that I wanted to see. She listened to me in what I was looking for. I had two different style weddings and said “yes” to BOTH of my wedding dresses here. The service they provided was exactly the experience that was looking for. Thank you Laura and Gretchen for making me feel so very special every time I walked in the door even though you wanted to steal my sparkly shoes Thank you everyone at Town Shop for making me a very happy bride X2!
Such a GREAT experience! From the moment I called to when I walked in Gretchen was a doll to work with.. we went over what I think I wanted.. we pulled 12 or so dresses. She pulled some too! I could have tried on every dress in the store. No rushing, great sizes and I found my MOG dress! So HAPPY!!
I could not be happier with my Bridal experience at The Town Shop. They have an astonishing collection of gorgeous dresses. I never felt overwhelmed with my consultant, Laura, by my side. She was the perfect person to guide me through the process. She helped me find the most perfect wedding dress for myself and wedding party. She always carried herself professionally, knowledgeable and full of a sparkly and positive attitude. This lovely gave me an amazing experience from start to finish. If customer service is important to you, you MUST ask for Laura! Highly recommend!
Everyone there is great, especially Laura! I absolutely loved my wedding dress. Rosie and Rusty did a great job with alterations, custom work and the bussel. I would definitely recommend them.

I was at Town Shop Bridal with my cousins looking for a dress for my cousin’s summer wedding. The owners made us feel comfortable the moment we stepped into the store. They have an amazing amount of beautiful dresses to choose from. I was overwhelmed, but it was an exciting feeling. My cousin’s stylist immediately went to work and put together a myriad of dresses based on the style that my cousin was looking for. We settled into a fun afternoon of “playing dress up” until we found the dress. Watching my cousin come out in dress after dress and having the owners and stylists show us different style possibilities was great because they made us see the dresses in different ways that we may not have necessarily thought of. The entire experience was a dream from the moment we stepped into the store, and my cousin did end up “saying yes to the dress”. I would highly recommend going to The Town Shop if you’re newly engaged and starting to look for dresses. They will take exceptional care of you from start to finish, and if you’re lucky enough to find a dress, a HUGE weight is lifted off the wedding planning. Their wealth of knowledge is very helpful throughout the process and are always available to answer questions either in person or by phone. Check out The Town Shop. You will not be disappointed.
I have mixed feelings about this place. Everyone is very nice, the women that do the alterations are very nice BUT they don’t listen when you tell them something isn’t fitting right. I bought my wedding dress from them and I had to buy a size that was almost 4 sizes past my size. They said that they couldn’t get that dress in my size in time for my wedding….. so a lot of alterations had to be made. Everything was great aside from the fact that I kept telling them the bust was too big every time I came back for another fitting it’s like nothing had been done to the bust. Finally they put new cups in and took in the bust and I came in A DAY BEFORE my wedding and it was still way too big. I had to go home get cups from a sports bra I wear and drive back and they put those cups in. It was good enough at that point still not perfect but good enough I had no time to do anything else. My dress worked out great I looked great but you can tell it was a little big still. I would honestly overall just suggest going elsewhere. They’re nice but way too much of a headache! Also they’re very expensive.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I was required to purchase an outlandishly expensive bridesmaid dress for a wedding. After the staff themselves took my measurements, the dress arrived extremely large. For my initial alteration appointment, the only change made was to the hem—no effort was made to take anything in. Predictably, the final product was still ill-fitting, and was not ready until the day before the event. During my second appointment, which had to be urgently scheduled as the event was the next day, I was essentially body shamed by the seamstress as she told me she would try to help me but I would also have to “help myself.” I’m not sure what she meant, I can hardly change my body in 24 hours. She repeatedly pointed out how the bust of the dress was was not lining up with my own. Sorry I’ve had three children & breastfed for 4 years combined….there seems to be no effort, empathy, or actual decency displayed by the staff to make sure the dresses are well fitted—unless you are a sample size. I heard multiple comments on my body during the whole experience. At the end, the alterations cost almost half what the dress did making the price tag close to $600 for an ill fitting piece. I wish I had read prior reviews so I could have had the foresight to seek alterations elsewhere. Would not recommend.
What can I say? Town Shop was a true pleasure to work. Their customer service and alterations were impeccable. Thank you for making my daughters dreams come true!
I can’t say enough good things right now. I dropped in after work on a whim hoping to just look at wedding dresses on the wrack. I walked in and Laura came over to ask me what I was looking for. I showed her a picture of a dress I’ve been eyeing for around 3 years. I was hoping she could find something similar. She surprises me by saying they have that exact dress in the store and asked if I wanted to try it on. I did. And I fell in love with it immediately! Laura was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and it felt like I’d known her for years. I have to say this place was a complete 180 from how David's Bridal went. There was no chaos at all. Thank you so much for fitting me in last minute to try dresses on! I had a lot of fun. Long story short…I FOUND MY WEDDING DRESS! I’m so excited. Thank you Laura!!!!!
