I really liked my first appointment. The dental assistant and doctor were great. They explained everything they were doing including the dental plan. Their prices are very reasonable. Recently, Dr. Riddle did a great job of making me a new crown. She made sure the crown fit perfectly. I highly recommend this dentist.
I always have the best experience with Dr Riddle. She is very professional, knowledgeable and gentle. I’m very happy to have her as my dentist, and I totally recommend her to everyone.
I have had the pleasure to have Dr. Patel work on me recently and in the past. Dr. Patel and his team are a breath of fresh air. He is very professional and his bedside manners are rare; from beginning to end! He lets you know each step of what is going on and what to expect and constantly checks in with you. His team makes sure you’re taken care of, from the moment you walk in till you one of the dental assistants walks you to the front desk and to the door! What I love best is his follow up! Dr. Patel actually called me on a Sunday to see how I was doing after the procedure and he did the same when he previously worked on me! I have met many oral surgeons in my life, but only one like this and his name is: Dr. Nishul Patel! To Dr. Patel and the Towncare Dental Team. Thank you very much!
I highly recommend Towncare Dental. The staff was very courteous knowledgeable and professional!! My experience was seamless from the initial call throughout my appointment until the end and I cannot say enough good things about the people at Towncare !! Towncare Dental exceeds the standard and is an exceptional organization. Thank you to all of you for making a difficult experience as easy as a walk in the park!!
My son had to have deep sedation teeth removal. The dental assistants were very helpful. I never laid eyes on the surgeon because they take your children to the back handle the procedures and you wait outback on the side for your child. Everything went well except the front desk needs HIPPA and Professionalism training. Overall I would recommend any of my friends and family members to this practice.
I recently switched from a dental practice that was in Wellington and just too far away from my home in Lake Wort,Fl. I have been with TownCare Dental now for over a year and have nothing but praise for the office and medical staff for their efficiency and friendly professionalism! Dr. Fernandes my attending dentist has an excellent but professionally thorough "Bedside Manner". During my procedure I paid attention to the working relationship between the Dental Assistant and the Doctor. It was smooth, communicative and worked like a well oiled machine. Everyone in the dental suites were cheerful and attentive. The office staff either when I call or go to pay my bill after my work is done, are all polite, professional and knowledgeable explaining question I had about my bill to my satisfaction. People in reviews here start quoting how much they paid when they are complaining about something. Let's face it. The reality of it is dental work is expensive and always has been. Even with so called "good" insurance your copay can be pretty substantial. If it is from your job you have no control over how much coverage the insurance gives you. I have a supplemental insurance coverage for $33 a month that covers the copay from my other ins. and I still wind up paying out of pocket because these ins companies limit your policy to 1000-2000 a year and that goes very quickly. That has nothing to do with the dental practice at all. I would recommend TownCare Dental to anyone in the Lake Worth and Palm Springs area. Town Care Dental in my opinion is everything you would want your local family dentistry practice to be! And no I am not a relative and I didn't get monetarily compensated for this review. LOL! But what I am is a retired manager for Home Depot and I can recognize good customer service and efficient esprit de corps when I see it.
My teen age son had his wisdom teeth and 1 other tooth extracted. 5 total. The doctor was knowledgeable and I felt confident with him. The procedure didn't take long. The staff was caring and professional. Now 3 months post surgery. Everything went as planned. Thank you

I felt very comfortable here I got all my wisdom teeth out my Dr. Patel and two other dental assistants. The procedure went by very quickly, and I am experiencing no swelling.
