We absolutely love this shop! A favorite when we lived in town, and a must-stop-spot everytime we come back to visit. Great selection and extremely friendly staff who are always willing to look up or even order a book for you if it's not in stock. Highly recommend!
Had a great experience here. Loved the atmosphere and Drew is too good! He listened to what kind of books we liked and sold us on books that we love!
Drew, whose section was the fantasy section, is amazing! He sold me on three books and I got them all. I typically only buy one. But his description and explanation of the books were better than the back of any book. He’s amazing, well spoken, and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend running into him if you need any book recommendations!
Cute place to grab a good read. A wide selection of books but if you’re looking for something in particular, they’re happy to order it for you.
WE LOVE TOWNE BOOK CENTER! Where else can you go to encourage your child to read and explore her favorite stories ... AND meet her favorite characters! The staff is wonderful!!! They are truly knowledgable and full of recommendations. They take their time with the kids and help encourage them to explore new titles and characters. And the staff simply engages with all the children are in the shop ... something that we are grateful for because it helps build confidence and it builds excitement to come back and keep reading!
Great people, and nice selection of books. They also have events through out the year. My daughter and I went to a schoolastic book fair which was really nice.
Y'all. This place has IN STORE BOOK CLUBS. I'm being exposed to new wonderful reads I wouldn't have picked up on my own, meeting neat people, and having great nerdy discussions. The staff is super helpful, and quick to order anything they don't have in store. I'm happy to give my money to a local bookstore instead of a big box.

Besides the selection of books, they have great gifts. Not your ordinary type but unique things, for that hard to buy for person. They make great stocking stuffers too. Lots of puzzles and calendars as well. The staff is extra helpful. If they don't have your book, they'll get it.
Great indie book store! Staff were super knowledgeable about not only inventory but publishing companies as well. I came away with several great books recommended to me by the staff based on books that I like. It was really nice to be able to actually discuss books with people, rather than have a person just point me in a random direction.
