Experience:
The principles of Towne Storage Management Co. have been involved in Real estate since 1974. This experience has been gained in development and property management of residential and commercial properties, entitlement of land for future development, providing financing for real estate, feasibility studies and appraising all types and sizes of real estate. We hold real estate licenses and Gary Free is a past president of the Utah Self Storage Association and Appraisal Institute and holds appraiser designations MAI and SRA. Burke Bradshaw is also a past president of the Utah Self Storage Association and continues to work with the board.
