My wife and I have only been at the Townes for a little over a month but so far it's been a pleasant experience. It's been made so in large part due to Jerry, the maintenance manager for the property. Jerry consistently stays past his shift to ensure that tenants are comfortable. Our heating system malfunctioned and Jerry made it his personal business to stay late and solve the problem for us. I'd highly recommend the Townes and want to personally thank Jerry for his continued commitment to ensuring that tenants receive a luxury-level experience!
I have loved living here for the last almost year. Michelle is great and always responsive with us as residents. Jerry is the best maintenance guy! He’s always prompt when getting out to get repairs done. My only issue is that the gate no longer works but that’s not on the staff.
We have lived here for almost two years. We absolutely love it ! Michelle has been a great property manager, she addresses all of our concerns right away. Jerry is the best maintenance personnel I have ever had. He will go above and beyond to fix any maintenance issues you may have and he always does so in a timely manner usually within 24hrs.
Jerry and Michelle are very friendly and are always quick when it comes to any issues in the apartment. My oven handle broke and Jerry was able to find a replacement for it in less than two hours. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue in the apartment, every time Jerry comes through and fixes it often explaining how to fix it or avoid the issue from happening.
My name is Candice. My husband and I just moved here and I must say that this has been such a great moving experience due to the level of professionalism, communication and overall friendliness from Ms. Michelle and Mr. Jerry. They have been so welcoming and mindful during the entire moving process. My husband and I are expecting our first baby in a couple of weeks and our minds have been put at ease knowing that we're going to be bringing our baby to a warm and cozy home and peaceful neighborhood with excellent and kind management. It truly makes a difference.
I have lived at the Townes for 2 years and love it. The quietness, the beautiful landscape, the not feeling like an apartment complex, the security and nice neighbors is worth it. The first visit I was sold. The staff is awesome. Michelle is great and she treats us like royalty. I am well pleased with the attention to details in the townhouse.
The new management is a scam artist. I had been a resident there for 2 years. Had numerous issue that maintenance simply glossed over. Had a water leak in the kitchen and dining room, & all they did was turn off the water then rerouted it. Still had the water damage to the unit, the AC unit didn't work for like 1 week , in the mid of the summer. When I moved out my $85 was kept out of my $100 for carpet cleaning, when most of the damage from the water leak they didn't fix correctly. Make sure to document all issues for your own protection matter of fact stay away.
I have lived here for a year and I love it. We originally moved here because there were no breed restrictions for dogs, but it turned out better than we thought. The beginning was a bit rocky with the staff but that was fixed quickly and they were replaced with friendly and helpful people. The best part about this place is the maintenance man. I don't remember ever having to wait longer than 24 hours for something to be repaired, he's good at what he does, and he's professional. The home itself is nice. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the way the homes were built. The builders didn't do the best of jobs. So, we've had a decent amount of repairs to report but the walls are thick so we never hear neighbors and the grounds are kept up with. The other reason for the 4 stars is because the parking situation can be a bit screwy with your neighbors depending on the building you live in, again, because the builders didn't properly plan a layout. The last reason is the amount of people who keep their dogs off leash despite managements efforts to make sure that doesn't happen. My dogs are always on a leash but they are dog aggressive. So, there have been a few encounters with people's dogs due to people not following rules. However, if my husband and I ever get stationed here again and decide not to buy, we will return here.
It has been a wonderful experience living here. One of our best experiences has been working with Jerry, our maintenance professional. Jerry came through and fixed some electrical issues. He truly saved the day! Thanks Jerry
We've been here a few months and I'm amazed at how quick they are to fix any and all issues including replacing our refrigerator
