There is One clerk that just answers the phone so miserably. She’s rude talks over you and has a very argumentative demeanor about herself whole phone call was just uncomfortable super rude no patience definitely shouldn’t be the face of the court answering phones

In my opinion, the clerks are rude and clueless and the judges are thoroughly biased. They pretend to listen to your concerns but do not appear to have reviewed or even care about your evidence or the fact that the other party is COMPLETELY lying. They say they can't enforce perjury. Outside of the nice guards and bailiffs, that court is a complete JOKE! I am sooo sorry I had my Civil case heard there.

The front desk, clerks or whatever employee you call them keeps hanging up in my face because they don’t feel like doing their job lol. They’re very unprofessional and rude on the phone when someone is trying to get their tickets together, they blame the system being backed up but that has nothing to do with an current question I had. everything is VERY unprofessional. Very terrible terrible staff. Next time I call I’ll be sure to mention BLACK LIVES MATTER

Needed to get copies of Court Documents. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I had my case numbers ready to go and I was able to copy the paperwork that I needed for my investigation!

It's so neat how their phone number doesn't work and when you try to make a payment over phone it won't let you speak to a person. Glad I'm paying all this money to them

Trying to figure out my ticket situation and the clerks there are incredibly rude. I've gotten hung up on multiple times this is getting out of hand at this point.

Beware they are super rude here. They told me I could come down here and make my zoom call from court since I was worried about technical difficulties and if I had problems. I drove down here for my zoom call for the traffic ticket I received. I drove to court to make the call in case I had technical problems. I wanted to make sure I didn't get the points. I couldn't get connected on the phone right away and when I asked the staff they acted like I was bothering them & didn't want to help me. I almost missed the call and would have been stuck with the points.

They let me know that "All Lives Matter" when your pockets are fatter... I'm on the outside looking in... And that really matters... because I obey the Law...

Being a victim of Domestic Violence you'd think the court, the Prosectors and the Probation Officers would be on your side. Instead the HEAD of the Probation Department just dismisses your concerns, your questions, and refuses to answer your questions. It's disgusting that no one is held accountable, let's the criminal slide.. unbelievable!

Please make this make sense to me as a victim of narcissistic malicious DV. How was my abuser let off probation early DURING a probation violation and not put in jail as i was repeatedly told he would be? I was given ZOOM to appear and i sat on zoom bounced from person to person for 2 hours never being put into the court room during this for me to speak and be present. How is this helping me as a victim to then be told it was dismissed and call the cops again if anything happens. Just wow! More worry, more stress. In total disbelief.
