Toys R Us

The store has a good selection of toys. The store was neat and organized. Several employees walked by me and no one spoke to me. I did find what I was looking for on my own. The prices are reasonable. You can find things here you will not find at the big box stores. So overall, I like the store but feel like customer service could be better.

This location is closing. They are currently offering 60% off of their remaining stock. The location seems dreary and dark, but the employees are surprisingly alert and friendly considering. They are also selling shelving and display materials. Stop by if you want to enjoy a little nostalgia before it's gone.

The head store manager is very unprofessional and RUDE! I loved shopping at this store but he has made it very unpleasant for me. This store has went downhill since he has become manager. Hope he leaves soon so i dont ever have to deal with his rudeness or even look at his face. They need a more welcoming person in that position!! I recommend going to the summit where there managers are excellent and take pride in each and every customer!!! And never had a bad experience there just this one is closer but worth the drive not to have to deal with a rude unprofessional manager!!!

There idea of a sell is not a sell. Customer service is good never had an issue. Prices are extremely high and you can get the same toy cheaper at another place. Hate to see it shut down, Why not they open up a Dunkin toy store like the one in New York.

I always loved taking my son here and letting him run around picking out all the toys he wanted to scan and add to his Christmas list! I hate that they are going out of business and our little pre Christmas tradition is ending : We have so many memories here and its really sad to see such a fun store go out of business. We will miss you.

I was here in September. The store was clean and organized. I could not find what I came for but a staff member helped me out by searching their inventory. Unfortunately this Toys R Us doesn't carry what I was there for, battery powered slot car race track. I'll be back when I'm in Hoover looking for toys.

While there's obviously a SOMEWHAT decent variety of things to buy here since the store's main focus is toys, I've found much better selections of certain types of toys, even something as basic as Transformers, at department stores like Target. It's amazing how much this place has gone downhill over the years; back when it was just a Toys R Us it was always an amazing place to be.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...!!! I was looking to purchase a few items LARGE ITEMS btw! I walked in with three associates at the front register including management NO GREETING With my parents following and again NO greetings what so ever! We had a few questions about one of the products...once we finally found an associate he looks the other way after my mom approached him asking for assistance and speed off.. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! #MIGHT BE THE BITTERNESS FROM THE COMPANY CLOSING Ha!!!

We’ve been going to this Toys R Us location for a few years. It’s not always the cleanest, but the employees are always super nice and friendly. We are so sad to see it close.

Love this place.But why going out if business
