Heard so much about his place so had to try it. The pizza are great. You just have to try their fresh made cheese on the toasted bread. It’s amazing!
Excellent woodfired pizza. The crust was perfectly cooked and the margarita pizza had a very nice flavor with fresh high-quality mozzarella and not too much. Lots of basil. Fast service and speedy pizza. Good flavor on the sauce.
This place its nice, and it became our dinner spot after visiting Napa Valley wineries. We love the Mozzarella Cheese handmade breads and the Minestrone Soup it's amazing. Kids always enjoy their Pizzas they also have a bar with amazing drinks. Customer service was great!
Great service & good vegan options. I got the a la Norma pizza without cheese vegan cheese available but not typically my thing. My husband got the garlic knots and funghi pizza — he loved it all.
I heard from a friend that this place made their own mozzarella so since I never tried freshly made mozzarella, I needed to come here and eat it! The restaurant had a classic looking, clean atmosphere. I really enjoyed the open kitchen and seeing the magic happening back there! Service was quick and everyone was friendly! First thing we ate was the mozzarella, we wasted no time! They brought it out, sliced it, served it on toast and drizzled olive oil on top with seasonings. It was everything I wanted and more! So soft and creamy. It absorbed the black pepper and garlic flavors along with the olive oil. Just an absolutely divine piece of food! Next were the meatballs and garlic rolls. The meatballs were well seasoned and covered in that wonderful mozzarella cheese. It was also sitting in a pool of marinara. Not sweet but tart and didn't take away from the meatball. The garlic rolls were a little tough for me but I loved that it was sitting in a pool of olive oil and seasonings! We ordered two pizzas. The first was the black truffle pizza. I love truffles and this is packed with that truffle flavor! I enjoyed the amount of truffle oil they put on the pizza, so fragrant and delicious! The second pizza was a half and half: funghi and positano. Both pizzas were really good, I found the fried lemons on the positano to be especially refreshing and paired well with the shrimp! The funghi was a little underwhelming after having had the truffle pizza but by no means does it mean it didn't taste good! We rounded off the hefty meal with some mocktails Blood Orange NOgarita. It was bitter and sweet and a bit salty from the tajin. A great end to an amazing meal! I have to come back for that mozzarella! Really enjoyed my experience here!
Happy hour 7 days a week : 4-7pm. The pizza crust was yummy. Services is a little lacking. Waited for water refill that never came.
Amazing food, fantastic atmosphere. Was told about this little gem by my coworker, and visited as soon as I could for date night with my wife. Started with Mozzarella al Minuto and the Woodfire Olives pictured and they were amazing. The olives retained their pungent salty flavor, with a delicate richness. The mozzarella was absolutely phenomenal, and a must have for anyone and everyone. Coming from Santa Rosa, this alone was worth the drive. For the main course we chose we the Positano pizza for the sake of it being the most original pizza we'd seen in a while. The shrimp was balanced with a rich cheese, and the fried lemons were a fresh touch, with a fantastic texture. We've already planned our next visit. If you live in Sonoma or Napa county, you *have* to visit.
Think about it for just a second do a little wine tasting come back down the hill just to touch in the Saint Helena boom it’s there right there in front of you one of the finest pizza places I have ever been to. I would just call the pizza place down this is a wonderful restaurant and the staff is amazing sitting outside if you’re lucky enough It’s very special. We had a great pizza that featured onions chicken sausage and some veggies :- but I must say the simple house salad was amazing I’m not really a salad guy but this balance of olive oil and vinegar and a couple of other little secret things with a little cheese sprinkled on it at room temperature Was amazing. Very special place but if you see me in line let me cut in front of you because I hate crowds :- mid week is fantastic very easy-going
It's been a couple of years since we were here, but only because we lived out of state. So nice to see PTV still open and even better than before. Menu has so many choices so little time. Exceptional Beet Salad and the Caprese Piadina is larger than life. Love the heirloom tomatoes. Rebecca is a friendly, knowledgeable server. We love dining outdoors on the patio. We highly recommend!
Great food quality but service was not the best! We’ve ordered beers they totally forgot about it and when we reminded them, they only said that they are busy but no apologies!!!
