Everytime I go there you never have Purina One Adult or Retriever Blue guy in stock room said haven't had for a month This happens all the time I have been a customer for 20-30 yrs at this store in New Philadelphia Ohio I drove 25 ,miles today to have to turn around to drive 50 miles to go to Coshocton Ohio to get my dog food Then drive 20 miles back to my house Besides never any of that dog food your store is dirty Won't ever be back
Employees are friendly and very helpful. It's dog friendly and the staff give the dogs treats and are friendly to them. The store is always neat and well organized. This location is managed well and is very knowledgeable about products. If they don't carry what your looking for then you can get a ship to store where you don't pay shipping and if it doesn't fit you can exchange it for a different size. Love this store and go very often.
Lots of options for various people, pets and projects, etc. This store is generally well stocked, but not always.
I've always had excellent service there Danielle and Tracy are very knowledgeable on things that you're trying to find and how to get them ordered in a timely Manor they go out of your way to help
Wonderful employees! I had a question about a pressure washer and 2 employees took time over the phone to do a lot of checking and explaining. When it came time to purchase, I called and the employee who answered the phone again took time with me, and put a hold on the one I bought. The employees went out of their way to take care of the customer and even during the COVID-19 issues, they went above and beyond!! They are ALL to be congratulated! THANK YOU!!
Love their service. They were great as well with our dog when they have vet day there. Amazing place.
I found exactly what I was looking for and it was less expensive than what I saw other places. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and it was an enjoyable shopping trip. It is smaller than Rural King and Lowe's, but has always had exactly what I needed/wanted.
