This store is great love stopping in when in the area, but everytime I come in everyone offers great service until you get to the cashier then It'scompletely different between the rudeness, very poor interaction, seem to be in a negative mood does the min at best they give off the expression of you wasting their time. I know people have bad days but this is alittle much.
Store is great for the community but being a mom I wish they had changing tables in their store locations. All tractor supply stores lack this which makes the farming moms have no place to change little ones.
I love the Tractor Supply in dovah. It's simple in so many gr8 ways. Things are easy to find, prices are reasonably and clearly marked. If u can't find summin...no worries, my friend! The staff here are wonderful. A real friendly buncha folks that are extremely knowledgeable and always eager to help anyway they can...If u can't find summin ur lookin for...rest assured, there is an employee waiting to kindly assist u to the exact location of the item u were seeking. If u have a question or need advice....don't hesitate- you'd be a fool not to ask...maybe It's small town hospitality..or maybe it's jus still one of those stores that makes ya feel special wen u shop there I don't really know but I do kno that it feels pretty magical shopping at a store that welcomes me by name thru a smile, has what I need at a fair price with no need to search and without waiting in any long lines. .....EVERYTIME. ayup my kind of store.

A great store went there to rent a trailer. George was very helpful and joyful, he came out and hooked up the trailer for us and sent us on our way
Poor customer service, store seems to lack in inventory compared to others, instead of going on register with 1 line open and 20 customers waiting..the other staff member is always off to the side doing something unimportant. Like playing with the chickens. This seems to be an on going issue every single time we have been to this store recently. Never enough people working and only one register open with very long lines..not good having to stand on top of one another during a pandemic. Twice we've just dropped our items and left due to this issue. Which stinks as the next closest location is in Bangor.
Been going here since they opened - mostly for pellets for my pellet stove - or occasionally winter clothing or odds and ends if I see it. Haven't had a bad experience with customer support, and 9/10 times I'm always greeted at the door. Reasonably priced and if you poke around you can usually find some really good deals.
Great toys for the little ones decent prices and the clothes are adorable
