Great store opened in our local small town a few years back. Store carries a big variety of merchandise which means this store carries a lot of items not found at any other store in town. Some items carried are clothes, boots, pet food & accessories, horse, poultry, feed & accessories. Tires & tubes for utility & boat trailers, mowers, etc. Automotive & mower batteries. Hardware items including good selection of nuts & bolts. Fencing,utility trailers, mowers, chainsaws. Refill portable LP gas tanks and only charge for the actual amount of propane it requires to fill the tank.

I arrived at the store at 8:03 from work. I had ordered dog food for curbside pick up. The store was closing, but the associate leaving the store went back to ask about my order. She even brought it out to me!! In this day and age, getting an associate who goes above and beyond is rare. She deserves a raise in my opinion!! I believe she said her name was Edie. It was a very thoughtful and kind gesture that will go a long way in providing excellent customer service. I thank you!

Staff here is incredible.   Best TS I have been in.  Flash forward to 03/10/2021 asked to have 20 bags of horse feed sent to my vehicle.  20 minutes later a road tractor with supplies pulls up and there goes the fork lift.  20 minutes and couldn't bring my feed,  but can run out to unload another truck?  Inquired at front and was told they would get to me after the other truck was unloaded.  Poor showing.   Will definitely be considering other options in the future.  Apparently the issue is the cashier "Mary"  wouldn't even give me the managers name and then turned her back on us and ignored us. Walked around the store and found manager and now they stopped unloading the truck long enough for us to be loaded.  Bravo Mary you were incredible unhelpful  and rude.

Have been told several times when I called they were out of propane. Call back soon as they open and was told that they had some and had some previous day. I guess the sales associates just didn't want to walk out and fill up propane. Other than that always received good service

I can't remember the last time I had customer service any better!! My husband and I were trying to purchase  a lawn mower that was not easy to locate at any area Tractor supply. Joe, Lisa and Haley have gone above and beyond to make this happen for us. Tractor supply had by far the best deal around but everyone was out of this  particular mower! Wish I could say all of their locations had this same service, but not even close !!!! The ladies in Wallace know how to get it done!!!!  Thank you all so much for being such a pleasure to do business with!!!

I walked in looking for something in particular . The cashier greeted me but no one offered to help me find what I was looking for, I couldn't even find anyone to ask. Tractor Supply have potential good customer service is key.  I will frequent a business just because of  that.

Helpful and  courteous staff! I recently called the store because I was unable to order the dog food I usually order online. The associate I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and shared her experience using the 4health brand with her dogs. Because of her recommendation,  I decided to try it and my dogs love it!

Took my furbaby for her vaccinations. Line moved steadily, so there was not a long wait for anxious dogs. Staff obvious dog lovers. Very professional and helpful. They answered all questions pleasantly. Price definitely a plus.

Amazing people work here!!!!! I had to drive to 3 different Tractor Supply stores to pick up 3 kayaks. At this store the employees were amazingly helpful!!! They were very welcoming and had smiles on their faces the whole time.

I normally have a great experience at this store but today not so. I wanted to get my pet medication and the ladies at the front where either talking or sitting on the counter. Instead the lady kept talking and just put out her hand to ring items up and that’s not what I was needing. Went to the other side where the girl was sitting asked her for help and she showed no interest nor smile. She acted like she wanted to be off. However I am thankful that she did help and gave me an information sheet.
