I had my first not so great experience with TSC today. I have made numerous pleasant purchases there over the years. I had poor quality on my expensive items today. The trailer and dolly had several questionable welds, low tire pressure, rust, a bent bar and scratches. I'm almost positive the hand truck was used, even if only by the store employees. These were gifts. Over 300 dollars and only the floor models were available but wouldn't discount. This is my first poor purchase experience. The customer service was still great though. They were out of 3 bird feeder I ordered, but they are on the way. Thanks. Kevin

Used the doggy wash station. My Reba is 85lb basset and is hard to life. Asked for help with getting her in the tub since the new tubs don't have ramps was informed they have them just haven't found and installed yet. 3 nice gentleman helped me and they found her some steps to use. Love the wash station love how they have different shampoos and conditioner for dogs. Wish they had more cowboy magic than the one bottle cause the person before me used it all and I didn't wanna bother them more by asking.

I've generally had good luck at this Tractor Supply, but went in today to purchase a pressure washer they'd advertised to me in a directed email for their Labor Day sale... turns out, they didn't actually *have* any of them, they were just marketing up stuff they didn't have around to sell.  And of course, no rain checks on sale prices.  Left a really bad taste in my mouth, the sale is supposed to be three days, and I was in less than six hours after it started... and they're already out of stock?  No, that's just scum marketing.  Because *sure* they had another model available... just it wasn't on sale.

Love this place....always helpful staff and everything is always kept clean and neat. Lots of products to choose from, and fairly okay prices.

Nice new store but never have the feed that I need , employees either ain't stocking or its a shipping issue .  If you need good quality chicken feed  , TSC is not the place go .

Went to get  pressure washer on sale that was on the tractor supply in rogersville  .I ask the lady did they have anymore in back stock  room she humble around this one on sale not the one they had on site it was a 1350psi I told her that's  not the one sale she came off you can't go by the sight it's  wrong. I went out to the vehicle called greeneville tractor supply theirs wasn't on sale  the cashier said you bring your phone here show us its was on sale I will sell it  I was wanting  the 3500 psi  so I ended up buying it from greeneville  store they do go by sight what's on sale they match the price. Can't shop in your home town they ripped  you off.

Great location and very clean store. Plenty of selections and clothing sizes. Very friendly staff.

Way too expensive on everything! This past summer, while standing in line to check out-- a snake came crawling out from under a container of sorts that was sitting there close to register.  Sorry but I haven't went back to TSC  store since then.

Very, very, very dangerous parking. Getting from the parking lot to the store, you are putting your life in idiots hands!

Went in this store on Sunday to find pain meds for my dog. Jeremy M. helped me find what I needed.  He has top notch customer service. Thanks Jeremy!
