My family and I went to this location today to purchase some bird feed as well as some things for our puppy. i believe the employee I would like to recognize is named McKenna. Recently, we had a family tragedy and have been in the dumps. even though McKenna didn’t know this, she treated us with the utmost kindness and a big smile. I hope she sees this review and realizes how much a little kindness meant to us. thank you
Layout and scope of merchandise has improved. I like this store and especially the availability of quality American made animal feed and supplies. I always spend more than I intend to so your retail strategy is validated..
Overall, it's well stocked like other TSC locations. The store is smaller than others I've been to in recent months. This most notable thing for me is the hours. "Farmers" and Tradesmen like myself are known for being up and ready to go early in the morning, however this store doesn't open until 8am. Like many, I would prefer to pick up material on the way to the job, not wait around or leave a job I already started. The staff is always very friendly, even if not the most knowledgeable. They really try!
This is a well stocked, well maintained store with lots of friendly people. We get tractor parts, animal food, fencing, work clothes and so much more from this store and we’ve never had any problems. TSC has always been a great company and this is one of their best stores in my opinion.

The best pet foods and supplies for the best prices. It's a great store, and the location in Shrewsbury is a great representative of the line.
This past year I ordered two different times through the website to be picked up in the store. I had issues both times. Communication was terrible both times. The first time, I was notified that all my items were ready for pick up. I got to the store and only one was ready. They told me that I would get a call when the other items were ready. Weeks went by without a call. I called in to their store and they told me that if the item was not shipped within a few days that the order was automatically cancelled. So, my order was cancelled, but no one notified me. The 2nd time I ordered they told my order was ready for pick up. I sent my father to pick up the order. They only had 2 of the 3 items ready. They charged me for 3, but only gave me 2. I have not been able to reach anyone to fix this. I also tried reaching out through their website customer support with no answer. I will simply not shop here in the future.
Store was nice. For those complaints about the bathrooms, the bathrooms were great. The heat was turned to high so the toilet seat was already a welcoming temperature for me to relieve myself. The toilet paper was a little thin, but I was able to fix that issue by using less pressure with my index finger. Thank you tractor supply! Another happy customer.
This place is fantastic. The prices always beat home depot and tru value on just about everything. Very clean and tidy inside and out. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have the best selection of dog treats and food. This is where we get everything for our four dogs and also the 2 cats. They have a great selection of so many different types of products. Whether you are on the farm or just doing small projects around your home they have all bases covered.
Pet Clinic is AWFUL! Says first come first serve but wouldn’t take my cat because “They have animals scheduled to come in later” …Staff speaks to you as if your 5 years old to try to compensate for their unwillingness to care. How does that make sense? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!
