This is one of my favorite stores. They have a large clothing section with all the outdoors brands of clothing and an excellent work boot selection. I go here for all my dog needs too.
My father used to say, "if they don't have it you don't need it." That might be a bit of an exaggeration, but I do enjoy Tractor Supply. I use it most regularly as a very convenient place to refill propane tanks rather than exchanging them.
I was very excited to see this store in Massena. I am camping here and needed a few items for hooking up. I knew my store back home would have the items. The staff was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed.
Very friendly staff , that try to help find what you need if they have it in the store or even order it! They have great selection of products at really great prices! Parking: Plenty of room!
The cashier was friendly, seemed to be the only one in the store and stressed over the long line. None the less she efficiently cashed me out andnI was on my way with what I needed.
Best store ever! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We love Tractor Supply and especially the Massena Store!!
Came in to get some chicks. The girls in that section were VERY nice, helpful and educational. I'm new to the area and Malone is closer but I will drive the extra miles for the excellent service. Guy in Malone acted like he was doing me a favor.
Denise was very helpful on our visit today. She got us some prices on items that were on clearance but not marked. She had a big smile on her face when she greeted us. The store has alot of things you can't find other places.
Came in to purchase something that was listed as in stock according to the site. Get here and see it's not on the shelf. Asked an associate for assistance, just to be advised that it's "probably out back on a pallet". I was then told they probably wouldn't get to it until Tuesday it's currently Saturday. I understand that it takes a while to work out freight as you receive inventory, but if you can't work it out for several days, THEN WHY LIST IT AS IN STOCK when it's not available for purchase at that time!
They have a great PET supply department and also have inexpensive clinics for pets with an excellent veterinarian almost every Saturday. It is a great store for parts for all kinds of lawn and garden stuff as well as farm stuff. They also have a clothing department.
