This Tractor Location has a staffing problem. You never see the same cashier when you return. They never have enough staff to handle the number of customers. If they do, their ability to see more than 6 people in a line is lacking. I witnessed an older gentleman making a return and the manager acted like the man was in fault. No one cares anymore.....
The employees there are absolutely amazing and are always willing to help and go the extra mile if necessary. I buy their brand of cat food, dog food and various products of the same brand which is 4Health. My German Shepherd has acid reflux, and their brand of 4Health Sensitive Stomach is the only one that doesn't upset the acid reflux. I also buy that brand in cat food, and have never had an issue. 4Health also never has any recalls and is made in Missouri, so it's local to the US. Great brands, and great employees.
I like Tractor Supply I don't like some of their prices Most of their employees are kind and helpful kn occasion there will be 1 that is not. I frequent the one in Crestview and there is a Jessica that works there and she is always so nice friendly and helpful
Very friendly staff, but often out of stock of pretty much everything I purchase from there. They also don't carry ph testing kits which was surprising to me. Parking lot is also very dark and unsafe feeling at night.
They always have what I need. I just wish I knew that smell when you first walk into the business..... whatever it is, it seems to immediately give me a headache. So unfortunately, I can't stay in there long when I go there
I love this store such a wise variety of products at good quality and fair prices.
This place has what I need at a really fair price amd the customer service is always friendly.
Employees who work registers should not bring their drama to work with them especially at the register... The disrespectfulness toward customers will eventually run you out of business...
Recently relocated to the Crestview area and this Tractor Supply Co is becoming my destination spot for equipment and feed needs. The store always seems to be stocked well and all the staff who have helped me have been great.
They sell motor bikes and trailers that hook to three back of your truck.... Dog cat horse and other animal food and stuff to fix small engines and just a variety of things including clothes and gift ideas for men like tool sets and random things
