What a pleasant change from the unorganized, unqualified, and unfriendly staff in Midland Georgia. Lagrange was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It proves one bad store does not represent all Tractor Supply stores. Lagrange is a wonderful model of how a store should be managed.
NEVER NEVER NEVER purchase a Go-cart from tractor supply in LaGrange,GA.. They have kept a Go- Cart that was returned a month ago due to not running.. I HAVENT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING.... THE WORST EVER!
I called TSC checking on Deer Corn availability. Levi answered the telephone with a energy and said how may I help you. He gave me the information I needed and he said that he would hold five bags of corn for me. When I entered the store, I noticed that Levi was on one of the registers. I told him my name and he said Mr. Williams, I will get your deer corn for you. I guess he noticed that I was 75 years old and might need help. He loaded my corn with a smile and said , Mr . Williams, is there anything else he could do for me. It is people like Levi that keep me going a extra 10 miles to get what I need instead of going to Wal-mart. He is a fine young man and a worthy member of TSC team. Regards, Mr..Williams

The cashier welcomed me as I walked in, and asked she could help me find anything. She directed me straight to what I needed. I could have been out in less than 5 minutes, but I couldn't resist looking around a bit. The root beer roll candies were calling my name, so I had to add them to my basket. I didn't buy the giant Tootsie roll, though. LoL
Always friendly and helpful. They have better prices on pet food than the big box stores. I also like their store brand stuff too, from pet food to weed killer. They also have a good selection of hardware.
3rd time in 6 months they were unable to fill my propane tanks. At this point I can't depend on that service.
It's 7:30 pm on Sunday 5/15/22.. myself and another man try to go in a buy dog food.. Doors locked and I assume closed. Sign says 8pm close time.
Very rude and unprofessional customer services. You can tell that my presence wasn't welcomed. I had to practically chase somebody down to receive proper help. I told the cashier "Thank you and Have a nice day, and no response. But other customers didn't get that treatment. Even if my penny don't make a difference. First and last time. I will not spend my money where I'm not welcomed.
Only order online if you don't need it soon. They'll take the money from your account. Hopefully, I will get my order. The staff in the store are always awesome, friendly and willing to help. The stars are for the LaGrange staff no stars for online
