They pay people here to keep their store CLEAN, HAZARD- FREE, well-STOCKED, to HELP you in all departments, and toaCHECK YOU OUT . There is always an employee close by to help. THEY will reach out to their other stores if you are looking for an out-of-stock item. You definitely know you aren't in WALMART when you're there ....

Purchased a $400.00 pressure washer on Memorial Day sale. It started leaking upon first use. Tractor supply told us to file it under the manufacturer warranty. After months of waiting to have someone look at it, we were told it was due to physical damage. Something very large had to have fallen on it and bent the motor. Warranty refused to cover it. Tractor supply refused to replace the damaged product they sold us. Terrible company. Will never do business with them again, and I highly suggest everyone thoroughly inspect their items before purchasing from them!
Great store and good prices. Employees are very friendly, helpful and they make you feel at ease. All of my questions were answered. They picked up heavy items for me and placed them in my vehicle. Service with a smile.
I enjoy browsing through the store. There are incredible deals and the discount shelves can have extraordinary finds. Oh, and the jelly beans are better than Jelly Belly. There is even spring water, but you have to ask as it is kept in the back.
