Being a Certified Residential Specialist (also known as CRS) has been a real asset in helping my clients. To aquire this designation I had to complete advanced training in residential real estate and have a proven track record of sales transactions required to earn the CRS Designation. I am also required to maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors® and to abide by its strict Code of Ethics. Less than 4 percent of all licensed Realtors® can call themselves Certified Residential Specialists.
Serving my community is very important to me. I am honored to serve at my vchurch facilitating small groups to help people heal from past wounds, loss due to death, seperation, and divorce.
I'm originally from upstate New York but I'm so glad to call North Carolina home. Fayetteville has been my home for almost 20 years.
