My clients and I work together to address a variety of issues, including: anxiety, depression, personal development, life transitions, stress, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships, eating disorders including binging and overeating, self esteem and body image, behavioral issues, couple/marital issues, abuse, trauma, and mental illness.
We live in a time when many people feel a tremendous amount of emotional and physical stress. Just attempting to accomplish what you need to do on a daily basis, can seem overwhelming. The issues we face in our lives can create a daily series of difficult decisions, time management issues and physical and emotional wear and tear.
Where we typically suffer the most, however, is in the time and personal support we need to truly take care of ourselves. We can lose balance, lose our way, sacrifice our health, and find ourselves living a life that is nothing like we had envisioned.
If this seems all too familiar to you, it’s very important to find the time, the support and the tools which will enable you to take care of yourself. Because if you don’t take good care of yourself, you won’t be able to take care of all of the others, and other things, in your life.
