Exceptional staff. Super nice & very helpful.
Sales man was very kind and knowledgeable, he asked if I was looking for anything particular, after figuring out what size was needed he headed in the back and found my green and gold Hey Dudes!!
I bought my wedding shoes here women's corksphere by ECCO - the best pair of shoes I own! The manager Colin did an amazing job helping me out! Great selection of high quality shoes - love their "hey dudes". Highly recommend!

Salesperson should sell cars...typical high pressure. Most importantly, I spent $600.00 on shoes for the family. The $200.00 boots I bought are falling apart after 4 months....not what I would expect for $200.00. The $75.00 inserts I was sold are now flat and worthless. All in....garbage.
I have been buying most of my shoes from the mankato mn location and occasionally the rochester location for about 4 to 5 years now. They all greet me with a smile and thier customer service is the best. They are great at suggestive selling as well but its in a good way. You need to clean and protect your shoes especially the top quality shoes they sell. And for those of you that have bad feet or backs, I recommend their orthodic inserts. I have a pair for every shoe. I guess you can figure out im a shoe freak but because of their customer service and vast knowledge im hooked on Tradehome. If their customer service was bad i would of went elsewhere. Places like shoe encore , payless they are great for bargains but it the personal attention im after. I do buy some shoes at a different retailer from time to time buts thats only because they sell me things that tradehome doesnt carry.
Colten did an excellent job of helping me out. Ultimately I didn’t make a purchase, but very helpful staff.
