Don't know why this place has any good reviews, sorry I stopped here. I can not recommend and would not go back. There was very limited items to choose from, not really much Mexican food. Roast beef with carrots, scrambled eggs in a red sauce, pieces of fat with very little meat in a red sauce, pork skins in a red sauce, over cooked chicken thighs and legs with pepper and onions. Fried fish that tasted really fishy, French fries, rice, beans, spaghetti and chips. The only good things were the tortillas and salsa. Looking back at the reviews with all the good looking photos were from three to five years ago.

I read the reviews and decided to try it! I'm from another state with a large Hispanic population and have eaten a lot authentic Hispanic food. I was very impressed with the quality! The catfish was amazing!! Theres a lot of variety. And the horchata is homemade and delicious!! I took some to go even! The owners are the cooks and staff and very friendly! When I walked in she asked what kind of tortilla I wanted, then she went and made them right there and brought them to my table! I wish that I lived closer!! Dont let the outside fool you! Or the fact that's buffet style. Go, it's worth it!!

Great ALL YOU CAN EAT Authentic Mexican food! NOT "TexMex"!

The service was ok the food was okay ...but the place is so run down I kinda lost my appetite. The restaurant interior needs a remodel big time...a little care goes a long way.

I was looking forward to nopalitos after reading reviews and seeing pics but they didn't have them out when we got there. Great customer service though...I asked the lady chef about them and she heated some up for us on the spot!! Catfish, tortillas, nopalitos, red-seasoned chicken, horchata, and tamarindo were all tasty tasty!!! Great place

I'm sure the food is great. Unfortunately, we didn't get to find out. While we were trying to cross the parking lot, 3 tour busses pulled in and unloaded. We got up to the door and a guy standing there holding it open told us the busses took precedence and if we weren't getting our food to go there would be a long wait. We didn't even make it inside and had to leave. I'm not even sure the guy worked there, but either way he wouldn't let us in my husband thought he might have been one of the drivers but he wasnt in any kind of a uniform. But the food smelled so good!

You have to try this place, great food good service. I loved the verity of foods they had available. This isn't tex Mex food, it's actual Mexican food.

Best food you'll find in 100 miles. Ill be stopping here every time i pass through from now on.

Best place in town, all you can eat They always have fresh flour tortillas which are SO DELICIOUS. UPDATE: Didn't even know what I wanted so I ordered something I've been wanting to try, and I have to say it was DELICIOUS definitely a place to stop by

The best Mexican food I've tried in Texas. Kind of reminds me of my mom's food. Delicious though, the food was warm, tortillas were delicious, the owner/worker was very friendly, a really nice man. This place gives me the real Mexican vibes, and I really loved and enjoyed the place, quiet and I really find nothing to complaint about. Absolutely would come back.
