The Traditional Wellness Center is a place for people of the community to come and learn about different natural methods of healing and wellness. We offer a wide range of classes varying in focus, but all with the same intent: your wellness!

Mission

It is our intention that the Traditional Wellness Center be a place for members of the community to discover the power of being responsible for the health of their mind, body and spirit. Here you will be treated with kindness and respect while we encourage you on your journey to wellness. We promote respect and awareness of modern medicine while teaching the wisdom of the natural healing arts.

The massage was the best I've ever received. Way beyond just a massage. You will leave feeling like a whole new person inside and out! The new restaurant downstairs is also superb! Amazing tea and coffee, great meal options and run by the nicest family you could ever hope to meet! I highly recommend this place and every service within it!

Beautiful place! I love the craft area where you can buy a multitude of items from local vendors. The classes look fun and exciting and the tea room always smells great. Can't wait for the dinning area to reopen

I ordered the avocado spinach panini what I recieved was literally bread with only spinach & avocado it was missing onion, & tomato no sauce , presentation was awful. I also ordered the baby greens & chèvre which was also missing ingredients they could’ve at least contacted me or substituted with something else if they were out. Or take if off the menu if you can’t deliver properly. Won’t be ordering again at least I got free dum dums?

Excellent lunch and dinner! Exquisite--highly recommend.

If you're in Dixon, this is a must visit. If you even remotely like tea, this is a must visit. If you like a calm atmosphere with Zen vibes, a cute gift shop and a delicious-healthy menu, this is a must visit.

I have been taking the Tai Chi class for a few months and it has been great experience, good teacher. Always love to enjoy a cup of tea here in the peaceful atmosphere.

Great instructors, great tea & smoothies, great massage & energy work, great food!
