Trails Department Store

OMG I LOVE THIS PLACE. They have a 50% off table and I have a light addiction for that kind of discount. Got some rad stickers, tabbaco and hookah accessories as well patches and a coool little case. Would've taken the whole table honestly. The young lady working was way nice and we had a good laugh! THANK YOU TRAILS!!!

I'm glad this store is shutdown, these were the armpit of the valley.

Tried going in tonight to grab something on the way home.. and they WEREN'T OPEN!!!! Says online that its open till 10pm, but I stopped by around 7:45pm and it was a ghost town!! All the lights were off and door was locked!!! Definitely not happy!! If I could give no stars I would!!!

The sales clerk/lady, was EXTREMELY helpful, I don't have reasons to visit trails very often. But I do like their choice of clothing, nighties. That sort of stuff. And when I can afford their prizes, I love going to trails.

I went in for emotional support...but a nice set up...things went WELL...well.!!!! UPDATE I WENT IN WITH A FRIEND WHO SMOKES SOME POT ON OCCASION AND I mean on OCCASION...*LIKE MAYBE ON THE WEEKEND..ANYWAY WENT IN THERE HE BOUGHT THIS BEVERAGE FOR LIKE $60 BUCKS FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS TO THE TEE AND GUESS WHAT.....FAILED LIKE A MUG SMH...OBVIOUSLY CHANGING STARS FROM A 5 TO I WISH THERE WAS ZERO STARS...TIME TO THROW OUT THE DATED STUFF GUYS

Super pissed off. The blonde haired girl that works the counter there pulled a cracked quartz banger from the case that she noticed while I was there shopping to ultimately leave with $90 worth of new glass. So I picked my new glass and new quarts nail. At checkout I made some comments about prices and other stores... nothing bad... anyways I Get home and get my glass all set up, heat the banger and drop my dab and *crack*. The banger cracks from one side to the other. I didn't check the nail or anything... stupid me... I just wanted a dab from my new set up! lol I obviously cant return a used banger so I will just never shop there again. YOU PEOPLE SUCK. Very disappointed with that.... $40 waist of my hard earned money.

These guys are great!! Cheap prices unlike most rip off stores...like hippiegypsy rip off lair... There the original pipe store. I've been going here for atleast 15 years. Always got what I wanted. I never felt like I shouldn't go there in any way.

I can't speak for all of the locations, but I have had a great experience with the Bell Road Trails. Both Ashlea and Josh are friendly and well educated on their products and the industry.

The sales clerk was very attentive no pressure and very kind and cordial she was very well knowledged in her field If you looking for smoking supplies I would suggest anyone to try that Trails on 32nd Street and Bell Road

Trails on 32st and Bell is the most lit headship I've ever been too. Ashlea and Jordan were super helpful, great customer service, and had me leaving wanting to come back!!!!
