We’ve entrusted Hali, at Train Walk Poop with the training of both of the new puppies in our home. Their Puppy Scholar Day Training Program was just what our family, and our puppies needed. Hali guided us through this program which was five days a week over for four weeks that was tailored specifically to meet the needs of our family and our puppies. Everyone here has been very accommodating and helpful through the entire experience. Our family highly recommends trainer Hali, and Train Walk Poop!
My puppy, Jackson, just "graduated" from Perfect Puppy Boarding School at Train Walk Poop. I brought in a super cute, crazy, psycho puppy who loved to cuddle. What I got back was a super cute loving puppy, who now had manners no jumping, who could sit, lay down, stay, fetch and come when called. He also learned to get along well with other puppies he was a little skittish and play with the big dogs. Oh, and he was also potty trained super important!! and learned how to go to his bed or his crate on command and still loved to cuddle. Hali was Jackson's trainer, and she took him home with her every night. She was absolutely amazing -- super patient, tolerant but firm and loving. I've had dogs all my life, including 4 private trainers with previous dogs I had. None of them came close to comparing to Hali. She was absolutely awesome, and Jackson just loved her and wanted to please her! At the end of every day of Jackson's boarding school, Hali would send me a "report card" that detailed all of Jackson's training for the day -- what he learned, where he excelled and where he needed a little work. Cute pictures were also sent, which made me smile. I was a proud puppy mom! Hali also spent time training me, so that I could transfer his new education home. After Jackson's first weekend home, I brought him back on Monday for week 2. I was sad to leave him for the week, and I thought he'd be super sad, too. Boy was I wrong. He was super excited and happy to be back at school -- definitely a great testament to TWP! I highly recommend Train Walk Poop and Hali if you want a well-adjusted and happy dog! You will not be disappointed!
I love everything about Train Walk Poop! TWP is a second home for my pup, Ash and everyone from the receptionist, kennel techs, and trainers have a genuine kindness, interest, and professionalism towards me and Ash that is unmatched. We've done dog training, boarding, and daycare with TWP and have had a great experience and results with each service. Ash is a sweeter, more obedient, and much more socialized GSP German Shorthaired pointer, and I can't thank TWP for giving Ash the best second home possible.
Thank you so much for taking such good care of Kimmy while we were away! She really enjoyed learning new agility skills!!! Staff member Isaac was very helpful both checking her in and checking her out. Highly recommend!
Our rescue dog has made great strides from receiving training from TWP. Our trainer, Hali Bennett was fantastic with our dog, firm yet loving. She was always available via text whenever we had questions about training and any dog related concerns! TWP provided excellent training material for reference and also homework for us to do at home. I would highly recommend TWP for dog training!
I chose this boarding/daycare/training facility for a reason and they did not disappoint. I had both of my reactive dogs do the three week board and train program and have seen an incredible change in behavior for both dogs. Not only was their training with Hali top notch but the way their daycare/boarding is structured, it works in tandem with the training. Hali listened to our needs and worked through them one by one, then teaching us what we needed to know to continue to reinforce the hard work she put into each. We got daily report cards letting us know how training was going and Hali was available if we had any questions. They also learn proper social behavior in the daycare social groups, as well as get plenty of structure and support from their handlers. Whether you are looking for a place to take your dog for daycare or you need more intensive training, this is the place!!!
We had an amazing experience here with training. Our dog completed the three week boarding program and learned a lot of skills and control. Hali, our trainer, helped us to be better owners too, teaching us how to make our dogs feel more confident and safe, and this has contributed to a much better home environment. I definitely recommend TWP for anyone who wants to have a better behaved dog.
I would give zero stars if possible. I spent 30 minutes on a phone consult to know if my dog & I are a good fit. I needed to know if this company is a good fit for me & my pup. The phone rep. did not answer my questions. He was only trying to get me to schedule an in-person appointment with a trainer so, I agreed to an in-person session so I could receive more information. I took off work to attend the in-person session and at first Ryan seemed like a good person and possibly a good dog trainer. Then the arrogant, demeaning Ryan appeared and tried to make me feel stupid for asking about the price of training. Then the high pressure sales pitch began as Ryan positioned himself to block the exit so, I could not leave unless I agreed to his most excellent way of training. I would not recommend train walk poop.
My dog is a rescue pup with a lot of dog reactivity. TWP was recommended to me by a trainer as a boarding/daycare option for her due to their structured environment and knowledgeable and experienced staff. Lily has been going there when I am traveling for a couple of years. This summer I signed Lily up for a training program to help her more. I have been so happy with how Hali has worked with Lily and I. Even after just 3 weeks, Lily is able to walk more calmly past strange dogs & I have a lot more tools and training games for helping Lily to keep progressing!
Train walk poop is amazing ! Lauren was amazing and took such good care of my dog. I can already tell huge differences in his behavior and demeanor. I would recommend to anyone looking for great training and great care of your dog !
