Matt Archetti Fitness Bio
Fitness has been a big part of my life since 2009. I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and helping people reach their fitness goals. I have been personal training for 3 years now and have experience with both group and 1 on 1 training. I played 4 years of college baseball where I gained knowledge in the strength and conditioning field as well as agility and quickness. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. I have trained a wide range of client’s from high school and college athletes to military personal, as well as clients who have had major surgeries, suffer from joint issues or have no experience exercising at all.
